This Arby?s has a severe problem with staffing! 10/22 I went at 6:10 PM and they were closed due to staffing issues. I revisited... Sunday at 5:15 and again they were closed because of staffing issues. This is not the first time that they?ve closed earlybecause of us this happens a lot with this location. Never had Arbys before. I should not have looked at the website photos first. I ordered the roast beef and cheese and the... chicken with cheddar and ranch. The roast beef was sitting for awhile and the chicken was like rubber. I wasn't told about anysauces. I will never try Arbys again. Read more
Not one to leave reviews, but this had to be said. I ordered online, and when I got there they tried only giving me half of what... I ordered. Turkey slider, roast beef slider, small curly fry, cherry turnover, two cookies and two bottles of water. I had toask for the 2 kids meals with a cheese cup each and large shake that I had also ordered. Got home and there was one cheese cup,and the cookies that were supposed to be triple chocolate were salted caramel chocolate chip. Not mention that the attitude Iwas given was that I had inconvenienced them by making them actually do their job. This was a bad experience, and I don't planon going back. Read more
Always clean restaurant with great selection of consistently good burgers!! I've never been let down by the quality of service... or food from this Arby's. This particular location still had the Bell to ring after a good experience and the staff are alwayscheerful and thankful in response to it's ringing. Love me some Arby's!! Read more
I just looked at my receipt because something didn't seem right . The employee on drive through charged me separately for our... sandwich, fries, and drink on 2 combos, making it way more expensive than it should have been. He seemed confused the wholetime. Fries were soggy and cold. Read more
