Best tacos and service in Carthage. The torta is really good, too. I'm not sure why it's popular around here to use canned... corn and parmesan cheese in elotes, where fresh/frozen corn and quest fresco is much better, but that's what you'll get. Out of all the Mexican food locations in Carthage, this one stands as a superb choice. There are some very kind souls who work... here and place their heart into the food they make, which leads to the consumer enjoying an excellent, freshly made meal. Thereis a bit of a wait when ordering food, as they make it from scratch, but it is well worth the time it takes. They have a menuwith a wide variety of options, and can even cater to one's sweet cravings with desserts and snow cones. Their street tacos areparticularly good. My absolute favorite - Torte Al Pastor. The flavor of the pork is magical. Plus the crunch and heat of the jalapeños tempered... by the creaminess of the avocado makes this sandwich of ample proportions completely delightful. And do not leave without anElote in a cup....just incredible! Read more
Finally got a chance to visit this little gem in town & this place has the most friendly service! They also have a drive through... if your on the go. The green and red sauce is very spicy so be aware! I love the food and I will have to visit again soon, Ilove food trucks! Read more
I come here like almost every week and never been disappointed. I come here once or twice every week, to have one of their... famous street tacos. There are other food are also amazing, and they're huge!!!! I love that they have the four choices of meat,for any order you choose. Love their spicy green sauce.
