Will never go back . My husband and I came in last night and they wasn't to busy but we could tell they were short staffed that... is fine been there done that we ordered and got our drinks and with 30 mins for our food to never come 3 other families came inbout 10 mins after we did and got there food and here we are still waiting so I got up went to the register and paid for ourdrinks and told the lady we never got our food and seen everyone who came in after get there's she said nothing I believe shenever put it in we should not had to pay for drinks we were there 45 mins and still didn't get to eat. I get it you are shortstaffed but all we had was a burrito and a chimme chonga nothing hard they never came and checked on us .This place is rude andthis was our first and last time ever walking in there . Gentleman at the front counter the young one was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of apologizing for anything they push... the blame onto the customer and lie knowing I got time stamps on which I arrive and depart a restaurant with the dasher app..but I guess they truly don't care. It seems to have changed from the last time we were here. Food was just OK and the service was poor. You now have to "ask" for... your check instead of it being brought to your table. Not going back. Unacceptable all around. Read more
