This is the second time we have ordered on app from this location and had problems. 1st time they said they didn't get the order... and had to wait..order was wrong but ate it anyway. This time had to wait, order wrong again and chicken wasn't even cooked allthe way through. Definitely wouldn't reccomend. Read more
Went after church Sunday 8/21. Ordered chicken dinner with french fries no seasoning. I was asked to pull up and 20 minutes, no... fries or food. Ever person got pulled. I requested a refund and went inside to get my refund as no one came back out. Standingby the cash register were three employees and a lady beside me who had been eaiting ten minutes for fries. The fry basket wasfull. Extremely unorganized and chaotic. Requested a refund again and the manager wasn't able to refund my card. Wasted 45minute's and no food. Read more
The staff is great however, when I got my chicken, it wasn't done. The manager immediately apologized and gave me more food. I... don't go to that area often, but that was a turn off for me. I probably won't return. Read more
1. Verbatim close at 1000pm and the front counter is wiped clean at 630pm!!! 2. Order tender box and I get tiny baby size... tenders. This is like the 5+ time!!!!! 3. Always shoring me and half the time they are out of chicken. Should just bulldoze this place down
I wanted to wait to compose a review based not on one incident but several so I could make an accurate personal opinion. Over... the last month I?ve visited this establishment four times. The first three times I ordered a supremes combo with fries, largesweet tea, and barbecue sauce. We all know it?s the sauce that makes the meal lol. Each time the drive through attendantinformed me they were out of barbecue sauce. One time I can understand but multiple? Each time my wait time was 10-20 minutes.Two of my four visits I was asked to pull forward past the second window to the curb to wait for an employee to bring my foodout. The fourth time I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit combo with fries and sweet tea. This was the final straw. My wait time wasapproximately 16 minutes. When the drive through attendant handed me the large tea the cup and lid was covered in tea. Then Iunwrapped the biscuit. The photos attached I?ll let you forum your own opinion. I don?t expect any fast food restaurant to beperfect, but at some point I would hope the quality of the service advertised would be produced.
