The food was Wendy's. Like anywhere else in America. The service was not so good. But maybe they were just having a bad day.
My experience in the past has been horrible!!! Today, 3/25/22 was the best I?ve ever experienced. I didn?t feel rushed when... placing my order. Walked in stood there for about 3 mins with several employees looking toward me and nobody spoke to me. So I left. That was... today last time I was there I ordered a coffee Cinco and they didn't know how to make it. It was just coffee with ice cubes init. This is the worst Wendys I have ever seen. Read more
Edit (3/13/2020) The breakfast here is the BEST fast food breakfast ever. Do yourself a favor and go get some! Carthage Wendy's... is one of the best Wendy's. The employees are always polite and friendly. My order is always correct. It doesn't take long inthe drive thru line. The inside restaurant is clean. I don't have a picture of my food this time because I ate it too quickly. Ihighly recommend the Carthage Wendy's. Read more
Ordered online and when reaching the second window, our food bags were shoved out the window. No verbal interaction at all. The... wrong drinks were given from what was ordered on the app and I questioned the wrong drinks. They said they didn't have toservice what was offered on the nationwide app. In that case, they should not have given us what they wanted, but asked usfirst, as we steer away from sugared sodas. We also ordered the Frosty keychains and they didn't put those in the bags and triedto initially act like they didn't have them. The sad thing was how neither of the servers were friendly at all, truthfully wererude. I guess Wendy's owners don't care. Read more
