The sign and the menu at the drive-through lights were burnt out. The parking lot was very dark. The restaurant was very busy... and the wait was understandable considering how many patrons there were. What doesn't make sense is the food was dead and itseemed like it was cooked at least 30 minutes prior. Especially the garlic toast. It was at least 1 hour old. There were so manycustomers ordering food they must have been cooking massive amounts of food in advance. Read more

Worst Zaxbys!! I went today and they left off a whole order. I spent almost $30 and when I called the manager didn?t even... apologize and said ?just come and get the food or a refund.? I went up there with my food I did receive and asked them to makethe whole order again. They refused. She wasn?t even re-making the one they left off and kept saying ?it?s still warm?. Myhusbands wings and things was drowning in the sauce.. one of the employees even stated ?the wings and things order did look bad,I notice when I bagged it.? The manager would not speak with me face to face and kept talking from the kitchen or had the girlsin the front tell me no. So unprofessional. Camden did not apologize one time for the error they made and continued to arguewith me. Because they wouldn?t make me fresh food I took the refund. She (the manager) didn?t even know how to do the refund andhad to do each one separately. So upset this is the only Zaxbys in the area because I truly will not be back. Avoid this Zaxby?s at all costs. The employees would rather sit in the lobby than clean anything. i ordered a meal w a LARGE fry & this is what they gave me for my large fry?? i also didnt get any sauce i asked for.

Bit into my boneless wing to see it?s not even cooked. Totally pink in the middle. Worst fast food experience I?ve ever had.

I?ve never had this problem before at any of my Zaxby?s, but today I got 9 itty bitty cubes of chicken in my salad. These pieces... MAYBE make up 1/2 a chicken breast. I paid $10 for this salad, so me not even getting more than 10 little cubes of chicken isnot sitting right with me. I didn?t take it back because I do live a little over 20 minutes from this specific Zaxby?s, and tobe honest, it wouldn?t be worth my gas money. Read more

I drove 15 miles to realize they did not put sauce in the chicken as ordered. Then they made me drive back all the way for... refund. You could tell how the manager didn?t care with an apology that sounded like it was being forced out of her.
