Worst Zaxbys!! I went today and they left off a whole order. I spent almost $30 and when I called the manager didn?t even... apologize and said ?just come and get the food or a refund.? I went up there with my food I did receive and asked them to makethe whole order again. They refused. She wasn?t even re-making the one they left off and kept saying ?it?s still warm?. Myhusbands wings and things was drowning in the sauce.. one of the employees even stated ?the wings and things order did look bad,I notice when I bagged it.? The manager would not speak with me face to face and kept talking from the kitchen or had the girlsin the front tell me no. So unprofessional. Camden did not apologize one time for the error they made and continued to arguewith me. Because they wouldn?t make me fresh food I took the refund. She (the manager) didn?t even know how to do the refund andhad to do each one separately. So upset this is the only Zaxbys in the area because I truly will not be back. Avoid this Zaxby?s at all costs. The employees would rather sit in the lobby than clean anything. The restaurant was very busy... and the wait was understandable considering how many patrons there were. What doesn't make sense is the food was dead and itseemed like it was cooked at least 30 minutes prior. Especially the garlic toast. It was at least 1 hour old.
