Just went through the drive-thru they told me at the window but they didn't have any chili and I said y'all could have at least... told me are y'all didn't have chili before I ordered it then they proceeded to tell me that they had chili and they wereextremely rude at the drive-thru tattoo the person at the drive-thru that said to those people dying in Russia can thereattitude. Because that is extremely unprofessional. And for your information I wasn't mad at all honey. Or you could have toldthe person that was taking orders that you didn't have no more chili so I could have ordered something else. No need for theattitude. Also to the girl out the window that gave me my food shouldn't even be working with the general public But have a niceand lovely day. Read more

From five stars to one. After over a dozen trips at night, dozens of large fries that could fit into a small, constant, "what... else what else what else" attitude after being made to wait up to 15 minutes at the drive thru sign, dry cold burgers, notgiving my kid a toy in his kids meal? Scrolling through past posts about this business, I came across a comment about an eyesore of a broken down car covered with a... tarp in this Wendy's parking lot. While the individual who made this critical comment had no way of knowing this, things aren'talways as they seem. There's more to every story. The broken down car with the tarp covering it in this Wendy's parking lotbelonged to a homeless employee. It's where he slept at night. That young man has since moved on. Michelle, this Wendy'sgeneral manager, epitomizes the Wendy's business philosophy of giving more back to the communities in which Wendy's doesbusiness than what Wendy's takes, and of providing the opportunity of a hand up to the less fortunate citizens in thosecommunities. While giving free meals to the homeless, and Michelle has done a lot of this, fills the belly, and that's good,hiring a homeless individual, and other less fortunate citizens restores personal dignity, and genuinely provides a true meansto rise out of having to sleep on the cold, hard sidewalk, or in a broken down car covered with a tarp. Michelle is a genuinewoman of God, and a true Christian. It's easy for a business to advertise that it's a Christian business. It's another thingfor a business to actually practice Jesus's Social Gospel (Matt. 25:31-46). More church, more ministry, and outreach to thehomeless, and other less fortunate citizens happens in this Wendy's building than most of the churches in this community. Manager has a poor attitude. Got mad at me when I came through drive thru to pick up an order and said I needed to come inside.... Yet half the time the lobby is closed. Attached is a photo of the locked door. This Wendy's is a terrible top to bottom. Read more

#1?. I wish I would have read the horrible reviews before I wasted my time and my money. We waited about 3 minutes at the... speaker to be acknowledged. When the voice finally came through she asked us to wait again. At that time she must have forgotto hit mute because she started talking about the three cars behind us that pulled out of the line due to the wait. By the timewe placed our order 10 minutes has gone by. At the window, I looked up from the passenger seat and wondering why the twoemployees were staring so hard. They hand us 3 drinks so my husband asked for a drink holder and she closed the window without aword. We get our food, my husband thanks her and the girl says ? you?re welcome baby?. Eww. Stop. Whoever owns this place needstheir franchise stripped from them. All these bad reviews and you still employ trash. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave. Read more

I'm a doordasher and the first issue I had was that the lobby was locked and not even open for food delivery drivers.... (Drive-thru at any "fast" food service is much slower, which affects the driver's overall pay, time is money and burning gas inthe drive-thru also costs us money especially with the current gas prices)..... if I would have received halfway decentcustomer service or relatively quick service I could have overlooked the issues and would not have left a bad review. But, whenI arrived at the speaker box where you would place your order I was asked to wait. I explained that I wasn't placing an orderbut instead picking up a doordash. I was still asked to wait, which normally would not have been an issue had I not encounteredmultiple other problems...... 5 minutes later when I was finally acknowledged (still at the speaker btw) I gave them the orderinfo and was asked to pull around. I started to pull around and of course like any other drive-thru had to wait behind othercustomers. Another 7 minutes waiting behind the car/cars in front of me. Finally, I arrive at the pickup window and the employeeworking never even acknowledged me until I had been sitting at the window for 6 more minutes. I would have been understanding ifI would have been told that the order is being prepared or given any sort of explanation but I wasn't even acknowledged muchless given an explanation for the wait I had encountered or was going to have to continue waiting for. The employee didn't evenopen the window until I had been sitting there at the pickup window for 6 minutes and that was to give me the order I waspicking up. When the employee handed me the order she did not even speak to me. No apology for the wait, no have a great day,she literally did not speak. I even asked if this was the entire order and she did not respond to me or acknowledge that I hadspoken. Was craving a good chicken Sandwich. Haven't tried their new selection's. I looked at my Wendy's app and chose the Classic... Chicken big bacon cheddar sandwich. Was a awful combination! ( 0 stars) The cheese spread look like bits of cheese, bacon wasway over cooked, not burnt, but really hard, the fried onion rings looked like they were deep fried in old grease. I reallycouldn't tell them apart from the dark pieces of bacon. Crispy Chicken breast, was dried out on the edges? Fries old and roomtemperature! I will never order it again! I did however order a junior bacon deluxe burger for my sister. And it was reallygood! Fresh lettuce, bacon, tomato! Only reason for the 3 stars! And one of the expeditors handing food out window, had nothingto say, not smiling and forgot to hand me my drink, that was at the window. Someone spotted it and gave it to me. Come onfolk's, it's a job! If you hate your job, move on. Wendy's, you need to keep good employees. Praised them when they do a goodjob! Read more
