The 2 people working the drive thru today were ridiculously rude. Apparently one is named Avon. They hand us the wrong drinks,... we tell them, and they have an attitude. Then they hand us 1 correct drink and not the other, rudely ask ?is there somethingelse you?re waiting for?? We say our other drink. They hand the 2nd drink to us and have the nastiest attitude. Looking at the other reviews I'm not sure why they are given bad reviews due to their hours and the lobby being closed. All the... information is well posted on all their doors and at the drive thru speaker and is not really something they can control. Alsowith the location being understaffed I would imagine that they are outside smoking on their breaks or when they get anopportunity between customers. From personal experience I know that customers are super entitled nowadays and these employeeswork too hard, with not enough pay, to put up with poor attitudes. I would bet $20 that 99% of the bad attitude reviews on herewe're in response to the customer having a bad attitude first. Whether or not that is considered unprofessional, it is what itis post COVID. Even if they are getting paid for it, people are tired of being talked to and treated rudely. Driving in through on a road trip and everything meant expectations. Our food was hot, fresh and our order was correct. We did... need to go inside to get spoons for our frosty?s and the ranch we ordered though I will say they were stingy. Worst Wendy's ever! The workers are literally the worst I've ever seen. The hardly get any business and I know now why. On any... given day you drive up to the drive through, it appears that they're closed when in fact they're open but the workers are allhanging out on the side of the building or the back smoking and chatting. Literally ALL of the workers. Sometimes when they'reactually paying attention, them see cars approaching, drop their cigarettes and all run inside to take orders. Of course ittakes FOREVER for them to fulfill the orders and then still get it wrong. This happened twice and I blame myself for going backa second time knowing how I felt the first time. Now I sit and wonder if they even washed their hands before preparing the food.Yuck. Stop at this Wendy?s to use the restroom and then head through the drive through to order since their dining room was closed. On... the road for 5 hours and just needed to use the restroom first. Lady said we could use the restroom as an employee kept shoutingthe dining room was closed. Then another employee, a female, says ?God people are dumb?. Excuse me? Yeah, we heard you!
