I cannot say enough about Gage and Matt. Outstanding customer service has become almost obsolete these days, and for that reason... my husband and I just don't get out as much as we used to! Anyway, a couple of months ago, we stopped at waffle House bygrassdale and Joe frank Harris parkway and even tho the food was good, the service was horrible and it seemed a very hostilework environment where we weren't comfortable at all. Waitress was a real jerk. I wish I could remember her name. This waffleHouse is the one we chose and have been going twice a week since.
