We've been coming here fairly regularly, over the years, for take-out mostly. The food is always very good, but as in most of... the negative reviews I've read here, the service is uneven. With regard to take-out, I suspect that the because the bartendershave to handle these orders, there is often a general lack of interest about them, if not a certain level of resentment towardhaving to handle these orders at times. I can understand that when they are very busy, handling the to-go might be a bit of ahassle, but on my most recent visit, as I have experienced similarly in random visits over time, I felt a definite feeling ofindifference from the bartenders with regard to my order vs. their men customers sitting at the bar even when the place wasn'tthat crowded. I won't go into the specific details except to say my requests were ignored, as was I for the most part after Isat down. Yet, I saw consistent immediate attention being paid to the bar customers who were ordering a flow of drinks andfood. I well understand that serving is a tips-driven profession, and I always tip well for good service and a pleasantinteraction. Great food and great service. We stopped by for lunch, and they were short staffed with only two servers. Both servers had a... great attitude, and they did a phenomenal job of working together to take care of their customers. The food was amazing. Iordered the mushroom and swiss burger. This was our first time trying this place, and the reviews are pretty spot on. We had the fried pickles for an appetizer, which... were delicious and plentiful. For my entree I got the chicken tenders, and they were the best I have had. They were so juicy,and had a really nice thin crispy coating. I had a side of the mac and cheese, and that was so good I ordered another side ofit. My husband had a NY strip cooked to perfection, and a nice crisp Ceasars salad. He also had a few ribs, and he said theywere just ok. We had a really nice, attentive waitress as well. I am sure we will be back soon, and we would really recommendtrying it for yourself. Read more

We had a party of 11 for my daughter's birthday. They accommodated us and the food was great. Ample portions and great service.... This is why we keep going back. Highly recommend this place if you like good steaks at affordable pricing. Really surprised whenthe bill came to the table, was expecting it to be a lot more than it was. First time visiting Cartersville and came across this place and based on their reviews, my husband and I decided to try it out.... There were so many tasty options. I had the beef brisket platter with green beans and the redneck lasagna (this was amazing andId never heard of such of it) My husband had the NY strip, mac and cheese and fries. All cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Wedefinitely enjoyed our time, food and service was great. The staff are all friendly and very attentive! My husband & I ate here on 1/2/22. We split a half loaf of onion rings & chicken tenders. The food was good. The chicken tenders... were juicy. Our server was good as well, checking in on us frequently. On 3/25/22, we ate their ribs. We split a half racktonight. The ribs were covered in sauce. The sauce was a bit sweet for my liking. We visited for our first time tonight. I had the baby back ribs with collard greens and their redneck lasagna, and my husband... had a New York strip with green beans and redneck lasagna, as well. Everything was amazing! His steak was cooked just as he hadasked and we both loved the redneck lasagna, which was macaroni and cheese covered with Brunswick stew.
