We usually buy ham bones for cooking soup all the time. Bought one today from this location. (First time in a long time from... Cartersville) I am not sure if you guys changed your recipe on how you cook your hams or just what but it's not the same flavorof ham. It's very overwhelmingly smokey! I went at 5:06 on Thursday, the open sign was off, lights turned off inside, chairs turned upside down on the table. But get... this, they were open inside! there was a lady who walked in about 1 min ahead of me. When she was at the counter the employeetook a personal call on the store phone, and told her friend she would have to call her back. I turned a quick right and made mymerry way out off of the restaurant. What type of food would I get from an employee who has clearly checked out, did closingprocedures early, and prioritizes talking to her friend on the clock? The parking is non existent. Hooter has 1/3rd of theirparking lot coned off, for....no apparent reason whatsoever! Honey baked shares this parking and so logistically, for me parkingwas terrible. It's was my first time in, in a while, and I was surprised by all the changes to the menu. It went from a full menu to only... about 7 or 8 selections, and many of my favorites gone. The only reason I'm even giving 4 starts is because the staff was goodand respectful, and the menu isn't their fault. Otherwise I'm not super impressed and can't really see myself coming back withthis little selection on what used to be a great menu. Read more

I gave 3 stars based on the intent of the service rep to service my request. She was told they had what I ordered after asking... the mgr about it and promised to set it aside for same day pick up. However, when I got there the same rep apologized sayingthey no longer have what I ordered and said she was told I had been called to explain. That call never happened and even thoughthe mgr was on duty and in the back, they never came out to explain or apologize. Clearly, the person in charge should defendtheir stores image by apologizing for the error on their part and seek to offer other options that may satisfy the customer. Iwas standing in their place of business with cash in my hands needing options and the mgr did not respect me as a customerenough to address the situation they created. I wanted to surprise my sister for lunch. She was very busy and did not take time to come home for lunch. She said the sandwich,... Turkey Classic, was great. The only bad thing I have to say is when I ordered it, I was given a 20 minute delivery time...ittook 1 1/2 hours. Her place of work is only about 5 minutes away, just across the road basically. But, an 1 1/2 hours. I don'tthink so. Honey Baked Ham should reconsider using Door Dash as their delivery. It was so sad when my sister called and asked ifI had forgotten about her. STAY AWAY Over the holidays, the Cartersville Honey Baked Ham was taking payment via paper order; hand written orders with the... customers card information. When an order is paid, the order with the sensitive information should be shredded. It turns out,they are SAVING the paper orders and charged us 5 different times over a two week period. When calling the store to ask aboutthe excessive charges, the manager was ?too busy glazing hams?. When visiting the location, the manager and the employees werecompletely unprofessional and told my wife that she was ?making a big deal about it?.
