Hopefully this location is revamping? As stated, the staff is nice, but the wait times and orders are suffering. They always... have a sign, or state they are out of something, as simple as onions. If you don?t have at least 45-60 minutes to wait in the drive thru line, don?t come here. Taco Bell used to be a great place to... go for cheap food but now you?re charged $15 for two quesadillas that aren?t made correctly and half your order missing. Iunderstand that you?re understaffed, but maybe you should realize you?re the problem and not the overworked, underpaid highschoolers you hire. Since the start of the pandemic restaurants have struggled to fine sufficient employees to run at normal levels. Unfortunately... this location has been struggling with the same problem. Some days they close early others they only take one order at time.Other days it can be cash only or card only with a 45 minute wait. They are nice enough to tell you in advance so you can decideif you want to wait. Some of not all of these issues are beyond their control. But it does still affect customer service. Read more

They have said the dining room is closed for two years now because they have an employee shortage although no other TB has had... their dining room closed. At this point I think the franchisee is just being cheap and trying to save a buck. You can go in topickup an order but not eat at a table?? They don't have waiters so that makes no sense.
