One of the best subways I've been to. Young man behind the register named Muhammad knew the menu very well, very courteous, and... made my order quickly. I would go back just because of the positive customer service I received. People complain the youngergenerations do not have customer service skills. Never had an issue with this subway before we actually love it but tonight was different. As I was paying their system crashed.... I wasn?t upset we just waited for it to reboot well the system said I hadn?t payed but the gift cards I was using had beencharged. I had plenty of money on them. When I informed the employee he looked at me and said ?hmmm tragic? in a rude tone. Iwas taken aback and asked what he wanted to do. He said I can pay in cash or card?? Like no I will not I was already charged. Sohe made me stand there and try to figure out why is did that. It was just ridiculous. I ordered multiple sandwiches online. The guy that made them numbered the sandwiches as the same number that was on the receipt.... Game changer! We didn't have to open every sandwich to see whose was whose. Thank you! Also, so glad they did the 2/$10footlongs. In the past this location hasn't honored online offers or coupons. We'll be back! UPDATE: As they now have online ordering, everything runs much smoother and overall I believe the sandwiches are better as a... result. I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer not to watch my sandwich being made. You other reviewers have eatenthere, right? I live nearby, and because of how close I live to this subway, I will go back there again after long periods haveelapsed, each time vowing never to return. Out of convenience, I went there again today, and was subject to the man behind thecounter's bullying tactics when trying to order a sandwich. My wife agrees, these people (no matter who is serving you) areeither stupid, incompetent, or they just don't care. They basically just want to make the sandwich their way, and push thingsin that direction. Possibly because they seem to struggle with taking direction (in a Subway? That's what it's supposed to beall about.) In any case, they seldom do what you ask them to do in terms of adding ingredients or condiments (like a littlesandwich with that mayo?) If you ask them to do something a little out of the ordinary, like cooking the raw bacon that he wasabout to put on my sandwich, the insecure expressions and confounded actions would almost be hilarious if it wasn't aboutsomething that you were hoping to eat at some point. I've eaten at Subways all over the Metro Atl area; this place is the worstone hands down. And wouldn't you know it, they operate right near where I live.
