I've had pretty bad experiences, haven't been back in several months.. figured maybe theyd have new employees, things might be... better... no. Waited in the drive thru for 20 mins, got my food.. Y'all..That burger was so sad. Looked like a single layercheeseburger from mcdonalds, with maybe a drop of ketchup on that cold bun, no other condiments. Tiny piece of onion. Like, Itook 2 bites, felt severely offended and full of regret, then went to Burger King immediately after. After the other badexperiences I at least had a tasty burger at the end of it. Get it together, Steak n Shake. At least Burger King has my backwhen I'm craving a burger. Read more
Drive thru moved very quickly and the food was very good. I had forgotten how much I liked the garlic butter steak burger. It's... a number 10 on the menu. My wife and I liked it so much, we went back the next night and got the same order. Read more
My Granddaughter and I generally like Steak N Shake. Our food was priced higher than the menu prices, when they put our foot in... the bag, they didn?t wrap one of the burgers. Half was on the paper, the other half was in the bottom of the bag. Disappointed? Read more
Lovely place full of hard workers. Management is probably pretty solid here. Only complaint is that the price of my meal often... changes, despite that I order the same thing each visit. Normally it's not an issue, I ask the cashier politely if the total iscorrect, because when you order the same thing each time, you come to remember its total. But today, my order was 40% moreexpensive, and when I asked the (very polite) cashier about the tab, she told me that the total was correct. I explained to herthat the price must've changed, and she said that I was wrong, lol. I paid the (wrong) price anyways not wanting to hold up aline and come across snobby, but it was kind of annoying. Will probably avoid this location for a while. Went to drive thru and ordered fries and a drink. The staff was very nice, and the manager even special made me a drink since... they don't have cherry limeades anymore. The fries were hot and delicious as well. It made my day! Read more
We had a very easy time ordering in the drive thru. The wait was not too bad and the food was all piping hot and fresh. The... associate who handled my transaction was very respectful and polite and my order was correct so that made the experience evenbetter! Read more
Chris and the staff here in Cartersville are Great. Fast, attentive, get your order correct and the cheeseburgers are Great. ... We know Chris from another Steak N Shake where she was a pillar to the team and is here as well. We get #7, double cheese burgerwith all the toppings and condiments plus lots of Grilled Onions and No Salt on the Patties, Fries and extra Free Fries. TheOnly Place where we can get our Burgers and Fries with NO SALT, Sodium Free. Or Frank Chile Dog with all condiments and toppingsplus grilled onions and we bring coleslaw. The Prices are Sooo much better than other chains Can't get better when it comes toburgers, shakes and service. There are other FF chains claiming to be like Steak N Shake trying to steal some light but theyare NOT close. We choose Steak N Shake over 5 Guys, Cook Out, Bobby's, Wendy's, Burger King, Freddys, Hardees, Checkers andmore. You go Steak N Shake. Read more
