I went into this Starbucks last week and spent 30 for 3 coffees and asked of I could buy the left over from when they make it... and was told no. They tracked it right in front of me and ill never go to Starbucks again. That was totally rude and waistfuland I even tried to buy it. Bizzy-bizzy-bizzy! Staff appear to thrive on the coordinated chaos; they're friendly, efficient, good-humored. I come here pretty much every morning before work and the workers are ALWAYS so nice and have the best personalities. This is... definitely my favorite store. The people who work here are always incredibly friendly and surprisingly genuine about it. None of those "workplace personas".... Just very sweet people. This transfers to the drinks, too, btw. I've not been to this location once without thinking that thatspecific drink was the best I'd ever had. Read more
I go to Starbucks almost every day and this is by far the worst one i?ve ever been to. You would expect with the money you pay... that you would receive good service but the person at the window is so rude and they act like making your drink is a burden tothem. I wish I could be writing something positive but after this last visit I am in disbelief! Read more
The line at this starbucks is always super long!! If you wanted to park in the front lot, just forget about it because you won't... be able to pull back out for the people in the drive thru line blocking the way. Just poor design and not enough space. Theywere out of the new pineapple drink when I came by around 12:30 pm, so I had to call my friend and ask her what else she wanted.I got her the strawberry acai with lemonade. And I got me and my boyfriend caramel machiattos. The lid for the strawberry acaiwas came off when I set the drink carrier down in my seat and spilled some. So I had to take it out of the carrier and try andfit 2 drinks in my cup holder and one in the door. I got the lid back on but then when I put it in the door, it came off againand got in my door. So I put it in the middle cup holder and it came off again but at least it was sitting in a level position.My friend had to put tape on it for it to stay on while drinking it. Read more
