Drive thru CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, coleslaw, and Hawaiian punch. Chicken was... so greasy that the bun just disintegrated. It says they?re ?under new management? but they may need to try again. There was no line when I walked in, but there was a guy... behind the counter on his phone. It took me clearing my throat loudly before he greeted me. I ordered a gallon of sweet tea onlyto be told they don?t sell them in gallons. But it?s an option on the app. He offered me two large teas instead which equalsLESS than a gallon but costs $1.05 MORE. I don't really review unless service was really really good or really really bad. This time it is really bad. Everytiime I go to... this Popeyes the service is horrible!! They are rude, take a long time or the food sucks. One time I waited a whole hour for mychicken which is unacceptable and I still didn't complain but enough is enough. I took my dad there yesterday for a drive thruorder and the manager of all people was the rudest one in the building . Like how does that happen. They wither need to justshut this one down all together or a corporate office needs to come and revamp this. They are making Popeyes look bad. Like whohires managers over there? The staff here is horrible. My last experience was rude and outright hostile. I really don't want to recount the story but I was... sworn at and laughed at by employees after both my order and my companions' order were screwed up. Also they do not like noreven know how to accept coupons. I recommend that anyone avoid this place at all costs. Read more
Placed the order For a 16 piece family meal online At 6:33 PM. Requested pick up for 6:50 PM. Arrived at 6:53 PM. Attended to... by a polite and pleasant young lady at the counter at about 6:56 PM. She could not find my order in a pile of receipts next tothe printer on the counter next to her register, but after a couple of minutes of searching she finally discovered it byscrolling backward in the over headwork screen used for fulfilling orders. My order had been bypassed and removed from view. Idon't know if it was cancelled or just scrolled past. I was informed by the very polite and pleasant young lady at the counterat 7:10 PM that my order was just now being dropped into the fryer. I was quite surprised and frustrated given that I had beenstanding in the restaurant for over 15 minutes at this point and no action had been been taken to get my order in the fryerbefore 7:10 PM. Was handed my order at 7:20 and wished a good evening. I wish the polite and pleasant young lady a goodevening and left and climbed in my truck. I have eaten at Popeyes consistently for the last five years, in Jasper Georgia mostfrequently. This is my first trip to this Popeyes here in Cartersville Georgia and I have to say that is hands-down, the singlelongest time I?ve ever had to wait for an order in a fast food restaurant much less considering that I ordered it online nearly20 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. 40 minutes from order to pick up is not a standard any restaurant should aspireto. It is noted that the drive-through is busy and the staff was consistently turning cars orders through the drive-throughquite rapidly. However my call in order, not only passed over without beginning preparation once I arrived it took nearly 15minutes before my order preparation was even begun. Took 15 minutes to have my order taken, and I was the only person in the lobby. No jalapenos, no tea, no honey packs, no hot... sauce, no napkins. Literal cornerstones to a chicken restaurant. Customers don't want to hear "We are waiting on a truck" Alsofloor was black and sticky. Clearly the open supply closet shown wasn't being used. Read more
Had an early lunch here. Store didn?t have any plates. Had to wait 15 min for chicken to be fried. Chicken was very good,... slightly over cooked but hot and fresh. Doubt the staff could handle a busy crowd. I would eat here during off peak hours. Read more
