This travel Center was clean and pleasant, and the location was right off the i-75. For a long time I have been using Bucee's... for the clean restrooms and cheap gas. However, this Pilot travel Center might have changed that. With the regards app, the gaswas 10c cheaper than Bucee's. Read more
Extremely dirty truck stop outside and inside. I made a big mistake coming here. Never again!
Store is not a bad size and very clean with a beer cave. They have a good size fountain drink are and coffee area with the Bean... to cup coffee stations. They have a subway inside along with a newly renovated McDonald's for food options. Staff is friendlyand professional. Restrooms are very clean. Truck parking lot is okay, could use some work but have been to far worse. Read more
This is a small lot. Paid parking is your best bet. The manager will not call the police to move drivers out of the driveway... today. Said they wouldn't answer the door. Cops will never put up with that disrespect. Someone's bumper will be taken off ordrivers will have rage. It could all be prevented. Store is clean, paid parking is good. Read more
This exit is a trucker center. Lol. 3 truckstops, mechanic and tire shops, truck washes.because of that and being located... between Chattanooga and Atlanta, it is very busy. The pilot has fuel lanes of course. Minimal.parking thay fills up early andquickly. Truckstop does have a showers and other amenities.. it is kinda trashy with homeless people around and living in tentsyards from parking lot. This pilot is.mildly trashy and could use some improvements. There is also a subway and a McDonald's. Itwas obvious during my visit that this pilot is severely understaffed. Many more employees r needed too run and maintain thispilot in a proper way. Read more
Well.... The pandemic has left it's mark on Cartersville GA. Paid $20 for preferred parking and there was no parking when we got... there. The entire place needs to be cleaned up. Tried to get service at the McDonald's and watched 3 young men playing hackisackin the drive thru while the 30 something Manager was running around trying to do everything, the 40 something Asst Managertrying to cook everything and the 60 something lady in the lobby trying to clean everything... And no one but the drive thrugetting service. Took us 45 minutes to get a cheeseburger and fries. Being from the South West and seeing this kind ofdisrespect and the way equality is here.... I have no doubt why things are going the way they are. Truly disappointed. Georgiaused to be such a beautiful place to be.... I'll keep trucking the other direction these days. Read more
