The only reason they got one star is because I couldn't give them no stars. We went to a wedding that was being catered by this... Worst Moe's there is. They were supposed to cater my sister's wedding. She made the reservation months in advance and called... the day before the wedding to make sure everything was still good to go. The food was supposed to be there at 5:30. We calledat 5:45 to see why they were late and what the eta was and they FORGOT. they hadn't made anything for it and said they didn'teven have enough food at the restaurant to complete the order. They were rude and tried to tell us it was our fault. Horriblepeople. Luckily the El Nopal in Adairsville saved the day. Read more
If I could give less than one star, I would. I placed a catering order for my wedding (11/26) back in July. I called the day... before to confirm and check on final details, like how much space they would need. The day of my wedding, the time for them toarrive came and went. My mom called only to be told that they had no record of the order and there was nothing they could do. Wedealt with the issue for so long that the ceremony started late. In the confusion and anxiety, I left my bouquet in the hall anddidn't have it during the ceremony. My sister in law ended up missing the entire ceremony and half of the reception driving toanother restaurant and begging them to produce a catering order for 70 at the last possible minute. It cost us double thecatering budget, and our vegetarian guests ended up only able to eat chips and salsa rather than the tofu I had originallyordered. The next morning I woke to an email from Moe's, thanking us for our order and for trusting them with our catering. Icalled and asked the girl who answered to look up my order- she found it immediately. So I don't know what happened, but theyobviously had our order all along. The regional catering manager said all she can do is refund the order they didn't fulfill,which is definitely not enough for all the trouble their incompetence caused us on what should have been a beautifulday. Worst catering experience ever. They flat told us or order didn't exist when we had an email confirming our order. They ruined... my sister's wedding but thankfully El Nopal came through in a pinch. I would never order anything from them ever for any event.I don't care what the food is like they're unreliable. Read more
Proportions in my bowl and the ratio of ingredients to one another was really disappointing. My home-wrecker bowl was all rice,... a little beans, and sprinkles of everything else. The drink machine was out of everything that wasn?t a diet of some kind andice was out of order. We were the only ones in line and it took them 10 minutes to get us through start to finish. Today was myfirst time throwing away a Moe?s order because it was just that bad. Read more
Im here picking up an order for Uber eats. I've stood in line for 10 minutes. I asked where the order is & the young girl was... immediately rude to me saying I have to wait on an order that was already placed & paid for online. Extremely slow & rudeservice!! I'll never stop here for myself! People are standing in line for over 10 minutes & the line is barely moving! Read more
Great food and i love eating at Moe's BUT its never open anymore when i want to go. It has been closing at 4 or 5 pm lately.... What is the issue? I would think that they would make more money in the evening. Read more
Placed a catering order for my wedding 5 months out. Confirmed a month out. Called asking questions about it the day before.... Guess what never showed up? We had to delay the ceremony because my mother-in-law was on the phone trying to figure out whathappened. My sister-in-law missed the wedding (that her daughter was the flower girl for) because she had to get food from ElNopal (????? for them, you should probably just go to El Nopal if you want Mexican food). When we called customer service thenext day, they were able to pull up the catering no problem and confirm how much was charged to the credit card. She was superapologetic when she found out that they delayed the wedding and caused my sister-in-law to miss it. She said the area cateringmanager (Melissa? Marissa? I don't know but she ended up being a horrible person) would call us back that day by 530. No callcame that day so we reached back out and were told we'd get a call the next day. Finally got a call and was told that basicallywe were SOL and there was nothing they could do. And that since we didn't live there they really didn't care 0 out of 5, do notrecommend this or any other Moe's, go to El Nopal instead. Read more
