Went in at 3 am to order a McDuffie had to wait 30 min just to order.sat down to eat and do some paperwork for a few hours and... dozed off several times.was awakened by mngmt several times and finally tossed out even though I was a paying customer. Whatcrime is dozing? I was still purchasing food.if they could be as efficient surfing customers as they are waking them up I wouldgive more stars. Read more

The upper management really needs to do better! The poor guy cooking everything looked and acted like he was fresh out of prison... and trying his best. There were 2 older ladies that look like they should have retired many years ago. They were all giving iteverything they had while the cook guy was dripping sweat off of his nose onto the drive-thru order he saw making the ladieswere all over the place struggling to catch up from what looked like a bad job on the shift before them not setting them up fora successful shift of their own. Placed an order on the mobile app at 7:22 p.m. and then for in the drive through line. I didn't receive my food until 7:55 p.m.... Wasn't offered a receipt or any explanation or apology fie the ridiculously long wait. Won't be returning to this McDonald's. Read more

McDonald's is McDonald's. While the food took longer to receive the staff was very helpful in keeping me updated on when I would... receive my order. Companies need to pay their workers more if they want to solve these problems they have, as it isn't anemployee problem but a lack of employee problem which can only be solved by offering a rate of pay that is sustainable forhappiness, or at the very least a livable wage. No one wants to stay at a location they make a starvation wage at. Take awaybonuses for regional managerial positions and above; give it to the people that actually do the real work. Read more

Stopped by traveling thru after a late flight touchdown in Atlanta. Service was very slow even though they appeared to be full... staffed. 1 beverage was missed on the order. Staff (the younger ones) seemed more interested in feeding themselves than thecostumers. Should have just grabbed some snacks at the convenient store that was attached to it. 2 stars for the food beingfresh when served. Read more

Had to wait for the cashier to get change but she couldn't find the manager. He finally popped up, took money from the register... to get change and then came back without it. Long wait for my food. Had person after me get their food first. Finally got myfood and it was warm and bland. I'll be taking a break from McDonald's for a while... Read more

Supervisor or shift lead had no control over drive through. She let someone that wasn't even ordering pull up beside another car... and talk to them while holding up the drive through for at least 15 minutes. Customers that were waiting to order ended upleaving. Poorly managed location, at least at night Read more

Just like a lot of other McDonald's, staff aren't too happy or friendly here. Also kinda slow. Told to place order on kiosk... after standing and waiting for almost 5 minutes. Otherwise store was clean enough and they got my order right. Read more
