Martin's is a must when I visit my hometown! The biscuits are the best I've ever had. On this visit I had the sausage, egg, and... cheese biscuit, my husband had the chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit, and my son had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. The linewas long, but moved quickly. Read more

When is Martin's corporate office going to realize they have huge problem with this restaurant not being big enough to handle... Cartersville's growing population?..I like the food but they need a new restaurant..now Taco Bell has bought the property nextdoor that Martin's should have pursued to begin with and now you have a even worse traffic nightmare!! And need a dining roomthat big enough so you can actually sit down..Listen to us Martin's!!! Read more

I have ate at Martin's my entire life and I have always loved it. Especially their chicken biscuit or chicken sandwich add... cheese. Well I haven't lived in Georgia for a long time and came for a visit today and decided to get some Martin's because Ihaven't had it in a few months and I love it. Well my experience today made me very upset and throw up! I had ordered a chickenbiscuit for my nephew, a steak sandwich for my fiance, and 2 chicken sandwiches add cheese. The 2 chicken sandwiches had nocheese no pickle and hair in it. And the lady making it had gloves on and kept touching everything else along with the food. Ourfries were soaked in oil. All of it was cold definitely not fresh. I'm very upset with this experience. I come all the way toGeorgia just to get Martin's sometimes. And this makes me not want to ever come back! ???????????????????????? Read more

I went there this morning. I sat in the long line for about 30 mins. Just to get to the speaker to order and the lady that took... my order was very rude! Then I get my food home to realize they gave me very burnt hash browns (could not even eat them). Andleft sausage off my sausage plate. I'm sorry, but yalls food isn't that great. Good enough for hangovers, but would never eatthere on a good day. Definitely won't return to this one, ever. Read more

I have been eating at Martin?s my entire life. The food is always good. The biscuits are fluffy and delicious plus the food... always seems fresh. Been getting the Chicken, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit for a long time and it hasn?t gotten old. I have neverfelt like the service was sub par although wait time have always been a little high. However, my family and I just went throughthe drive through and we?re presently surprised by the cheerful attitude, politeness, and attention to detail that wereceived. When my wife ordered the young lady spoke very clearly and responded yes ma?am when replying to my wife?s questions. She was patient and repeated our order back to us to ensure everything was correct. When we arrived at the window we couldinstantly match the kind voice to the smiling face we were seeing. I asked the young ladies name, Brooklyn, and let her knowthat ?This has been the best drive though experience I have had in years.? I would assume that she has a bit a happy dispositionall the time, but her respect and professionalism were very impressive. This young lady has given me a little hope that thereare hard working helpful people still entering the workforce. My suggestion to management would be to promote Brooklyn quicklyand have her involve in creating customer experience training for the company. If she isn?t promoted someone is going to seewhat we did and offer her a better opportunity. Read more

This is not the martins I grew up loving!!! They barely gave me enough gravy to cover the biscuit, they used to be packed with... gravy. Not to mention the friendly workers that used to work there aren?t too friendly these days. Read more

When I arrived at Martins the line was wrapped around the building stretching all the way to the empty gas station next door.... The line moved fairly quick. I was met with a friendly voice at the speaker. My order was filled perfectly and my food was hotand fresh. Tara, the cashier who took my order was friendly and efficient. Making my wait a pleasant experience. It's nice tosee people who are able to work under pressure and still are friendly and professional. Thank you Tara!! Read more
