I ordered my plane cheese pizza and slice-N-Stix at 9:26 through the drive through I was told it would be brought to my car. I... finnaly got my pizza at 10:15 once I walked in and got it myself I really don't mind that just don't tell me that it would bebrought to me and then not bring it to me this is the second time this has happened to me at this location I also noticed 3other people end up having to do the same thing as me who also ordered from the drive through after me. Customers out the door waiting on food (not short on staff) however the staff was to busy talking and yelling at each other.... Using explicit language, laughing at pizza they dropped and then setting the customer back longer. I could keep going but I amlosing time on my life thinking about it. Read more

Chill AF, awesome staff. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely prefer this store when I'm in Bartow to serve my next round... of subpoenas. Excellent place to order dinner or lunch from. Very tasty food. Read more

I just witnessed a most amazing sight that you don't usually see at a fast food restaurant when the volume is high, even... overwhelming, at the drive through, front counter, and mobile orders all at the same time. The crew was calm, ordered, andprofessional. They did not fire back/react/respond negatively to the ugliness from the inevitably grumpy customer who isunhappy that they have to wait. The crew responded to those inevitably grumpy customers with patience, and respect. This was anegativity-free zone. I didn't overhear any negative comments about anything from the crew. One young man Carter was helpful,and patient taking a difficult order from a customer whose primary language didn't seem to be English. He patiently explainedvarious menu items to this customer despite having a full lobby. This was a demonstration of excellent customer service underfire. As the manager of another local fast food restaurant, my evaluation is that the crew did EVERYTHING right. The generalmanager, and this evening's shift leader should be very proud of these crew. I was sent to park in the parking lot and someone would bring my food out. Well they forgot about me and several other cars just... sitting and waiting!!! Meanwhile I saw the drive thru employee and cook come outside and play riding one of the employeesscooter!!! They both got on it and was riding around the building!!! I went in after almost 40 minutes of waiting outside and mypizza was boxed and just sitting on the rack!! My food I ordered was cold already!!! I ordered cheese sticks and a beef pizzaand it was cold!!! Very unprofessional staff!! Read more

If this restaurant had a team full of employees that work as hard as Olivia works noone could find anything to complain about.... During the time I waited for the food I watched and the only employee within my line of sight that stayed busy the entire waitwas Olivia. She went from the front counter to the back, to running pizzas out to waiting customers and she did it all with asmile and great attitude. I watched her assist customers at the counter in a very professional manner and then she pulled thepizzas from the oven, boxed them, cut them and ran them out to the drive thru customers that had pulled up from the drive thruto wait on their food. Her attitude was great and it was obvious that she is a hard worker !!! Give this girl some recognition,she deserves it !! Read more

Had been working all day, skipped lunch and had thought about stopping and getting a pizza save wings after an extraordinary... stressful day. I arrived nearly three hours before close. My son's mother and I were discussing some heated topics, she's aamazing woman but we always end up arguing admittedly mostly my fault. I paced around the parking lot for several minutesbefore I hung up and pushed open the door, which seemed to have had tape on it that easily snapped and I walked to the counterto have the entire staff avoid looking towards me. My confusion was interrupted by a young woman who appeared behind mw holdinga mop and, wearing a vivid expression and tapestry of anger and disgust and immediately in the most disrespectful, insulting andunprofessional uncouth southern accent common to these parts demanding "dining room is closed and get out and use drivethru". I was shocked this teenage employee of a pizza place was showing me such disrespect I didn't know what to say. Insteadi looked around the relatively clean floor and then up to get nasty face and asked "why". That set her off and I turned awayfrom her and yelled for service. I young man covered in tattoos that appeared to be picked up in some process of crininaljustice system or perhaps a low IQ classmate or high IQ toddler, walked up to offer no explination or apology and looking up andexposing? He mumbled i could order and took my money and gave change all without making any eye contact or saying more than ahandful of recognizable words. I was asked to wait outside which i did. Hot and ready items were on tenn minutes of the horridyoung woman having a conversation with a Hispanic employee who shook his head save started at me while she gyrated and laughedrecalling our confrontation.
