Absolutely the worst food I have ever had from a Krystals! Ordered a 24 pack through the app and was at the restaurant when I... did so. After I left ,we discovered that all the Krystals were cold and soggy. When I called back to speak with the manager, sheinforms me that she made them herself and that could not be the case. I was on the interstate and was told I had to bring themall back and she would fix me some fresh ones. Well if she fixed them the first time and supposedly made them right, why would Iturn all the way around to trust her to make them again. Here is a picture of all these Krystals gone to waste! There only 3 employees working. The two ladies working the front and window were rude and their facial expressions were mad. I... watched the lady at the window take a blue cup, put some water in it. Drank it, and put the cup back on top to be filled for hernext customer. The man making the burgers was taking his spatula and raking the onions off to give to the customer that didn?twant onions on them. The front counter was nasty. When traveling to Ga. from SC we usually stop there for lunch. But?..we won?tbe patronizing that Krystal again. Read more
Let me first say that the African American lady that was working this morning was very rude had an Nigerian Accent. Older lady.... I pull up to the drive through at 6:04 the store opens at 6am. I sit there for 6 minutes no one greets me. So I decide wellmaybe there?s something going on so I?m gonna call the store the Nigerian lady answers the phone and I ask, hey are you guysopen? She says yes we are open and I said well I?m sitting at the drive-through and I?ve been here for six minutes and no onehas greeted me and she said hang on one second. So I wait another full minute and 30 seconds for her to finally come on thespeaker and so I order breakfast that I want. A sausage egg and cheese combo meal. She gives me the price and tells me to pullforward. I get up to the window and she?s extremely rude and tells me the biscuits are not done yet. I asked her why are thebiscuits not done when the store opens at 6 AM??? She throws her hands up in the air and walks away from me. I truly hope thisgoes to crystals management and you guys figure out a way to get better staff because I absolutely love this restaurant and it?sa shame that not just this one but other ones I?ve had issues at too. It seems like crystals is the only place I ever go to outof all fast food chains where issues like this arise pretty frequently. I stopped by the one in Calhoun that?s a few miles awaybefore coming to this one and I couldn?t order food there because it said their credit card machine is down so it?s like it?salways something. I placed an online order and specifically selected ?drive thru? as the pickup option. I get to the drive thru which is... completely empty and the female employee tells me to come inside. I said I had placed it for drive thru pickup and she said?they don?t do that here?. I go inside and she IMMEDIATELY gives me my food, why did I have to waste my time parking my car andgoing inside if it was immediately ready? She made a sprite and when I asked for root beer instead (as was on the receipt), shelet it completely overflow and soak the cup, then handed me the soaking cup. I asked for napkins and she pointed to the napkindispenser and walked off. This is one of the worst fast food experiences I?ve had in a long time.
