They are normally always slow. It takes 20 minutes with only 1 car in front of you. Most days they are out of half of their menu... so it's rare to get what you want. The service isn't that great and the food is better than it has been in the past. It's worthit if there are no cars at all in the line. Read more
Food was burned so bad that we couldn't even try to eat it, for the 3rd time. The day shift does well but the evening shift... could care less. I hate this KFC and avoid it if I can but my mother really wanted chicken today. They are incredibly rude nearly every visit,... there's one very kind older lady but the rest are awful. I've never had them get the order correct, today the sides were wrong.Also, if they don't give you a receipt don't bother asking for one they will not give it to you. Read more
We went to KFC on 8/31/22. Ordered 8 piece bucket with 2 sides and 4 biscuits. We received 7 pieces of chicken and no biscuits.... When I tried to call them their phone was forwarded to their fax. We won?t be going back. They should at least answer theirphone. Read more

Ordered a 8 Piece all breast family meal paid extra for it and was told there was a 30 minute wait what I was given was a normal... mixed bucket and I ordered a half gallon of tea not two large cups I got charged extra for something I didn?t get don?t go herego to Bojangles where your order will be right and a half gallon of tea comes in a half gallon jug not two cups that don?t equalhalf a gallon if I wanted two hot large cups of tea I would have asked for them. They started off saying they didn't have enough chicken for a family meal......it's KFChicken... then they didn't have Mac and... cheese, instead of informing us, they put what they wanted into the bag.... one meal was missing a side... missing sauces andmissing cookies... get your lives together...knew should've went to Popeyes.... how you out of chicken at 7pm.... that's dinnertime dude.
