Really good food! Glad I stopped here. If you're driving through, you should definitely try it! Family owned too
I wasn't expecting this restaurant to be great, because it looks very basic and almost temporarily set up. Our meals definitely... exceeded expectations. We ordered chicken kabob platter and gyro platter. The chicken was tender yet slightly toasted and greatflavor, the rice was delicious! The salad was fresh and lemony, and the garlic paste was SO good, just thinking about it makesme want some right now. The only things I could think of that could improve the meal is some fresh naan and some garlickypickled turnips. Mm! Definitely will be going back to try more menu items. I can't wait to try their baklava. I gave it fivestars because: it exceeded my expectations, the guys running the place are very polite and pleasant to interact with, and weneed more restaurants like this that offer variety in the land of fried chicken and biscuits. Update: went again last night... Everything is still top notch! Finished the meal off with a Turkish coffee and... baklava. -------------------------------- The food is excellent, and the people are very friendly. Will definitely go back! Gladto have this cuisine in Cartersville! Read more
