Almost a 3 star review. Incredibly friendly staff saved it a bit. Ordered the lasagna and it was horrid. Calzone was yummy and... well made. Greek salad was odd but acceptable. The kalamata olives were not fresh tasting, they do not have a Greekvinaigrette, the size of the green peppers, and cucumbers were too large to manage with out a knife. The lasagna noodles wereovercooked to the point of mush. The sauce was overcooked with a very unpleasant bitter taste. I wish I had a better experiencehere, I've eaten at other Gondoliers before with much better results. My advice here is if your not going to do it right, don'tdo it at all. Read more

This was the first place we visited in Cartersville and the vibe and the people were right, but the pizza wasn?t it. It?s the... sauce for me. I?m sincerely not convinced that there?s a single spice in this whole pizzeria. It is white people pizza. Just?not it. The sauce needs salt, sugar, garlic, and just ?spice.? The complimentary breadsticks were nice?but again. Just?spice. Orat the very least, a light dusting of salt. That cannoli, though? 10/10. I?ll swing by just to pick one of those bad boys up. Came here to eat dinner walked in completely different then the one we are used to in Tennessee. We were standing for 5 mins no... one came to greet us so had to ask if we need to seat ourselves we had to order at the cashier. Horrible pizza. No sauce on it and cheese was all on the one side almost half of the pizza had toppings no sauce. Then they... chose our free pizza for us. Also some toppings were beginning to burn on one.This is not customer service or even decent pizza. Someone threw it together not caring what they serve. Anyone that enjoys good pizza should probably not go here. The managerwas full of excuses not helpful or did she listen. Read more
We really enjoyed our time while eating and listening to the Christmas music! Decorated up so nice for Christmas and the staff... was very friendly and helpful! Food was excellent! We will definitely be there again! Always good food! Read more
