My husband and I were really excited to try this place out for the first time. His fettuccine Alfredo was extremely watered... down, my cheese ravioli marinara sauce tasted off (and I?m not a picky eater). The breadsticks were burnt and smashed, theychanged for ice water, AND they gave us no napkins or silverware (we had to stop by a gas station to buy our own). We paid about$30.00 for the meal and although I rarely leave reviews, I felt that it was worth mentioning. Also, they didn?t provide anyparmesan cheese or anything like that. The food was good. Of course it's fast food Italian not the same as the more expensive, full service ones. Therefore not quite... as tasty, but good. The people working there are what makes this place wonderful! They are so nice and always do what they canto make your visit great! Read more
I?ve been to a few different Fazoli?s across the country, the food is always good and well priced and the locations are usually... clean and well kept and the service is decent. This one is no different except for the service, which in this case was farbetter than usual. Everyone who helped us was extremely pleasant and helpful as well as kind and considerate. My wife and I have been here several times to dine in and for take out. The staff is always pleasant and friendly, the dining... area is clean and the drink station is clean and stocked. As for the quality of food we have zero complaints. Consider the factthat you can get a good meal at a great price. I usually get the spaghetti with salad and drink meal. The salad is fresh withcheese, tomatoes and creamy Italian dressing. The spaghetti with meat sauce is very good, and the meal also comes with breadsticks which are fresh and delicious, and a drink. All for around ten bucks. The location is convenient and the service isfast. All of these factors together are why I grade this place a 5 star vs other similar type Italian "fast food"restaurants. Food is usually pretty decent. Most of the time the drive thru process is a mess and they end up asking you to pull up even if... there's no car behind you waiting. Then once you finally get your food, there's something wrong so you have to go inside to fixit. Read more
