This is not what I expected when I ordered donuts for my office staff!! Dunkin? really needs to do a better job!

Waited 20 minutes for our order in the lobby, only to be told the machine that produces the drink was down. Also they were... waiting on maintenance to arrive to fix it. Shame on me I guess for waiting that long before finally asking. Because the crewdefinitely didn't care. Read more
During the daytime I usually don?t have an issue (I always just get packets of sugar on the side otherwise they always use... liquid sugar which I make sure to tell them not to). But this is the third time I?ve gone in the evening and they have messed upthe order some way. The coffee usually tastes super bitter and they are usually sour about it from the get go (so I don?tusually say anything I just deal with a coffee that tastes horrible and sometimes I can fix it at home with coffee creamer fromthe store and sometimes I just throw it away). They don?t ever use stickers on the cups in the evening so I just have to ?trust?the fact that they made it right (I always get half decaf due to a heart issue so I usually like to double check). But it?d niceif the two girls that usually work the evening at this store (they?re usually the ones that serve me) use the stickers toclarify, not butcher the drinks (it?s a fairly simple drink order that I get regularly for the last 9 years so I?m familiar withit to say the least?and I?m always very clear and polite about it) and be a bit happier or at least pretend to be. Also theprice changes all the time for the same drink I always get?sometimes I get a medium and sometimes I get a large but I amfamiliar with both size prices so I don?t understand but as long as they make it right and it?s close enough to the price I?mcool with it. But yea?.I?d like to not have to doctor up my coffee after I order it and I?d like to not have to throw it awaybecause the two young girls in the evening there don?t care enough about their job and customer service (I?ve worked severaljobs in this department so I?m very familiar) and they never offer a straw so I usually go across the street and down a bit tothe gas station? Fastest Dunkin? my new Sunday morning trip! Service was awesome, I usually don?t tip but they had a very cool tip jar that got... my attention so I tipped. Plus this Dunkin is right next to a Home Depot which is pretty cool. Read more
Let me start with the fact I absolutely love DD, today's visit I was really disappointed. I was in the store to place my order.... I was in there for slightly longer than 10 minutes before my order got taken, with only one guy in front of me. Then it tookclose to 15 minutes to get my order. And when I looked at my order after I left, I was not pleased at all. DD y'all have GOT TODO BETTER than this. Unacceptable. I was really hungry, so I ate the first one, but this burnt black taste really bad. Read more
This would be a one star, but I?ve never had a problem with this Dunkin before. They?re pretty quick and always nice. However,... today I got a biscuit from there and began eating it, until I found a hair in the sandwich. I also noticed that the bread of thebiscuit was moldy. Came here two days in a row and both days the girl with the long blonde hair was incredibly unpleasant. I understand if you hate... your job but don't be making everybody else around you miserable.
