This place sucks. Last time I order . Too them over four hours to bring my pizza then asked if I wanted to pick it up it would... be quicker. Hello if I asked for delivery that's what I need. Then they gave me a replacement meal and manager on duty gave me ahard time. I Will Never Order There Again. Kinda funny I live in Calhoun, only ordered there because I was at my mom's house.Yet when I order from my store there at my house in less then 25 mins. Just saying. I put in an online order. An hour and a half later, it still hadn?t arrived. I called to ask about it, and I was told the driver... had rung my doorbell and knocked but nobody answered. I was sitting on my front porch the whole time and never saw anyone driveup. I noticed a missed call on my phone, presumably from the driver? still an hour after I had placed my order. They said they?dsend another driver, but they never did. Never ordering from here again. Read more
We are finally absolutely DONE with this location and will NEVER order from them again under ANY circumstances. We have had... many issues over the last couple of years with pizza being delivered much later than expected, being delivered cold, and similarproblems. The Domino's Delivery Insurance is a joke at this location. We've complained and reported it, and by Domino's policythey are supposed to make it right or get a refund. Nope. Never had that ever happen in a few years. Because we like theirpizza and other food we keep trying, despite multiple frustrations. Tonight was the last straw. We called and were told itwould be 35-40 minutes for pickup and 70-80 for delivery. Okay, it's a Friday night so waits are longer. Totally understandthat. We chose pickup so it would be done quicker. We got there at the 40 minute mark and they said it would be another 15minutes. That was frustrating as heck. So we asked if they had even started the order. THEY HAD NOT! Yes, I know weekendnights are busy, but don't promise something will be ready at a certain time, and then when someone gets there at that time ithasn't even been started!!!! The Domino's app had stated that the pizza had already been prepared, an obvious lie! We got arefund but the person working there was very unpleasant and rude. Unless management and staffing changes, we will NEVER orderfrom there again. Too many times of extreme frustration and disappointment. Not my only problem with this location. This time my Buffalo wings came with no sauce at all. I understand if they were out of... sauce but why wouldn't they contact me to substitute? Everytime I've ordered wings from here my wings seem to have less and lesssauce, a topping is missing on my pizza or looks as if it was added after it should have been cooked. Once we didn't get ourorder till 2 hours after ordering with no phone call for the delay. After trying to call the store there was no answer. Iunderstand if they are busy, I understand if they are out of certain items however this is getting ridiculous. There's multiplecomplaints about this location too. Read more
Last three times I have ordered here they have not put the toppings on the pizza requested. First time they didn?t have ham on... the pizza, second time they didn?t give me my 2-liter of Dr. Pepper and didn?t put onions on either of the pizzas, and thirdtime now that I?m writing this review no mushrooms on the pizza when I even asked for extra? can?t get the store to answer thephone tried that and waited 35 minutes before I decided to hang up.
