God awful and rude customer service. Waited for a delivery order that took about an hour an a half to only get half our food.... While the two ladies were super rude over the phone now my children have to wait an additional 30 min before they correct theissue. No credits, rude service. Will not order here again! Read more
I am a widower, work 60+ hours/week, and just find it easier, and more cost efficient (as strange as that may sound) to eat my... supper out. I am always looking for new places to eat. Prompted by a previous Google review, I checked this place out tonight. Unfortunately, nothing on the menu appealed to me tonight, and I didn't order, but I want to commend the staff for beingattentive, friendly, and welcoming, especially the young man with glasses. Excellent!!Great service!! I'm just a little disappointed because we ordered 10 wing's a piece and 2 drinks costing over 30.00. ... I believe the prices have went up. Super Clean eatery. Bar side is nice & cool. Tvs, great beer selection. Fast friendly service. Menu prices are great. The chips... are amazingly fresh. Salsa super good as well as the wings & my fave the chicken tacos. Great place to eat! Will definitelyvisit again. Read more
I've been going here since 2006. Yesterday was the first time I did not enjoy my meal. Everything was burned. My chicken strips... had an old left out too long taste to them. Our server was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Hate to abandon a place that Itend to go to whenever I come through Cartersville but this was unacceptable. Read more
