Really hate giving this review but this place has gone south (DOWN HILL) Go in and manager sitting on a bar stool at the... register to take money ( he never moved off that stool while we was there when no customers he was playing on his phone. Saladbar was ok . THE PIZZA had been there a while I had 3 slices spinach which was good it was fresh but others were hard onbottom . Bread sticks good but dessert ????the cinnamon rolls u could only eat top the bottoms was hard as a rock . The custard and apple pizza was hard and the custard was dried out didn't try brownies as I don't like brownies. IM not sure if sameowner but the owner use to own Rome location also and over the years we never got this bad quality product never. The menu is shrinking which is unfortunate. They used to have the Bavarian dessert pizza a lot (half and half with another... desert pizza) but the last serval times we?ve gone it?s getting smaller and smaller (not half and half). The stuffed crust pizzais no longer available unless you pay for a pizza on top of the buffet. They won?t allow that pizza to be a personal ?custom?pizza with the buffet, you have to pay for a whole pizza on top of buffet fees. There was a couple other pizzas that I didn?tsee much of the last few times too. Just kinda getting crummy. I hope they read reviews and use them to improve. Read more
This location has really went down hill in the last year. The older gray headed lady (possibly asst. manager) is very rude and... unfriendly to customers!!! The last manager I knew was Steve. He was always great!! Read more
This was a terrible restaurant, dirty and no gloves in employees when making pizzas, nothing telling you what kind of pizzas... there was and some burned. No communication from employees at all. Things advertised on menu online not even offered in store.Not sure last time floors or bathrooms cleaned but could tell it had been quiet awhile. How they got a 100 score on health sheetis beyond me. Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere, I know I will never be back. Read more
I was super excited to finally try this place again. I love salad bars and a variety of pizza's. Been year's since we have been... back. Was a okay greeting, used a digital app coupon for buy one adult @ 8.99 - but drink was not included? My sister ask toorder a steak and cheese pizza. Said they didn't carry it anymore. And it was a long while ago, since they did. The place,definitely needs some TLC. We were kinda disappointed with the salad bar, iceberg lettuce was pulled apart in big pieces, somelight brown wilted pieces! They expect us to cut it up with plastic utensils? The tomatoes looked soggy and not freshly cut.Most things looked like they have been in the container's for day's and not freshened up. Pizza and dessert choices all lookedthe same (no name marker's and dried out? And nothing I like was out? I was waiting to ask for a very popular pizza- thesupreme, but, was told it will be a few minutes before she could even help me and another woman? 2 people only working, mgr, andfood prep. I'm sure this is possibly a reason for lack of getting my pizza choice order, sooner. FINALLY order a supreme! And aspinach alfredo just happened to come out of oven. Fresh, hot and good! I guess the supreme cooked pretty fast, after i orderedit, but was not told it was ready? My sister went to see what was finally placed down fresh. She said the brownie was notreplaced. But, had fresh cheesy bread. And my supreme pizza! I should have taken photos, but didn't. If we would have paid 8.99each. And the drink's must be 2 bucks each, I would have said it's not worth it, and with that questionable salad bar..."dessert BAR" had 2 items? Dried out brownie pieces, and cinnamon roll? Good customer service ,great salad bar. The sweet bar was tasty, probably my favorite part. I didn?t like the thin crust, The... pizza was extremely greasy there drink drains smelled horrible and the High C drink and my sweet tea had grounds of some sort init. They did have a decent selection of pizza choices as more customers arrived. They also had a decent game center for thechildren seems to me I?m reading it more for the kids than for my own self. If I could give no stars I would. I came in today July 3rd, 2022 and left mortified. To begin with the greeting was fine, paid... and got my plate. It all began with one blonde worker who was making the pizzas with her bare hands. She was sprinkling cheeseand toppings on the pizza with no gloves. I asked the cashier if there staff is not required to wear gloves? His response ? theywash their hands often?. I walked away. Shortly after I seen the same man go tell the blonde girl what I had said which stirredup drama and dirty looks from behind the buffet. Secondly I was video tapped by the same staff member as I?m sitting with my 2younger sisters and my infant son. I walked up to the boy and asked if he had recorded me? His response was no. I questioned whyhis phone was pointed directly at me for a few minutes. He denied my accusation. Thirdly the man who puts the actual pizzas inthe oven wiped his nose with his shirt and proceeded to put the pizzas in the oven. The staff is absolutely disgusting. Nohygiene is implemented in their building. The staff uses their phone and touches our food without even sanitizing. The food wasOK. The food was the least of the problems but knowing my pizza was handled by someone who hasn?t washed their hands potentiallyfrom the time they clocked in at work is worrisome. I immediately drank an airborne vitamin C as soon as I got home to preventany sickness I may have gotten. I?m ashamed to even have eaten the 2 slices I had before I realized what was going on. Please goelsewhere unless you enjoy filth. Then by all means this is the place for u. I will not recommend even to a homeless person. Loved it. Good food. Took a friend. His 1st time. He really enjoyed it. Clean. Family atmosphere.
