The wrap I got seemed pretty undersized for what it costs for one, wife's tea wasn't full and just tasted like brown water, was... very watered down and not sweet. Bottom of the peach milkshake cup was puntured and leaking. We also didn't get areceipt. Wasn't too good of an experience. Read more
Insanely busy during my visit to this location today but what was mind boggling is that they only had one register open during a... lunch rush. I forgot to order a milkshake for my son and asked to add it to my order and they actually expected me to get backin line (the same one I stood in for 14 minutes before ordering) which was now even longer than before to do so. I don?t thinkso! (The girl was quite rude about it, which I?ve never experienced at this fast food chain and not like it matters but theylost the sale of a milkshake by expecting me to wait even longer than I did for my food and her attitude about it) Lastly, Iordered the southwest chicken salad, of which I?ve been eating for years because it used to be amazing. Not today; I actuallyhad to ask for cheese because you couldn?t even see any on it. Same goes for the black bean and corn relish but I had alreadywaited almost twenty minutes for my meal along with the requested cheese, and I wasn?t waiting any longer. I am going to alertmanagement about my poor experience and lacking quality because there is no way for them to actually converse with me about itvia review responses. But as you can see from the picture, hardly any cheese and it looks like it?s missing the black bean andcorn relish altogether! The cup of cheese is what I had to ask for after receiving my order. It?s hard to mess up a salad butthis one certainly missed the mark today. I can?t believe I paid almost $10.00 for it when they used to be around $7.00 and weremuch better. Read more
This is my first Chick-fil-A experience and let me tell you it was solid. Would definitely come back. The staff were beyond... friendly, and did everything to make sure our order was correct. The manager even came around to check to make sure our foodtasted great. Again, this isn't something you normally see in a fast food restaurant and I thought that was awesome. Only thingthat can make this place better is if it was open on a Sunday. 10 out of 10 would recommend again. Read more
