Always great service but they forgot my sandwich ! Went back a week later forgot straws for the drink and spoon for the soup .... They did not have my name down for the sandwich they forgot last time . Went to McDonalds yesterday across the way spot on andfast service in drive through didn?t forget anything . I had a craving for fries so I stopped here for a large fry....I asked for 2 ketchup to go with it. I got half a container... filled with cold stale fries they filled up the rest with ketchup....The last time I only got half a container filled with coldstale fries....figured it might just be a one time mistake, but i guess not since this is the second time.....Very disappointed,and I won't be coming back to this location. I cannot thank this staff enough. I had called another store and they did not start serving lunch until 10:30 and my grandson's... school lunch was at 11. Barely enough time to get there so I drive to the Cartersville location and was in a rush and forgot toorder cookies ???? ( you know they are the best here) and the lady at the pick food up area said it was no problem. She rang upcookies and I was off on my way!!! Thanks Chick-fil-A for making my grandson so happy! This is the best Chick-fil-a I have ever been too, and that's saying something. The customer service was excellent. The food was... delicious. The manager was great. She came to the table to ask us how everything was and engaged with my children, then cameback and brought them both a little stuffed animal cow. Every time I come here my chicken is pink. I also told them twice and they told me they are not allowed to cook the chicken... done. I stopping going never had this problem at any of the other locations. Read more
