Finally was able to catch them open and yet again, they messed up my entire order. Ordered a whopper, no cheese with bacon and... extra lettuce. Received a whopped with cheese, no bacon, no lettuce, no tomato. Just pickles, onion and cheese. Fries were waytoo salty to eat. Fix this Burger King or shut it down. It's literally the worst one I have ever been to in Cartersville. Paid$11 for an incorrect order and didn't even receive a receipt. Read more

on thursday 9-1-2-2022 at approximately 830 am i went through the driver thru. Once i go to the window the girl at the counter... was very rude. I gave her my card o pay and asked for a receipt she told me the printer was down. I asked if one could beprinted at another register and she just huffed at me. I asked to speak to the manager who was at another register in thestore, she looked at me and walked away. I waited for a few minutes in hope that i could get my receipt, when i heard a voicesay why is that guy still at the window, and the girl that served me said he is still waiting on his receipt, then the managerwalked out where i could see her and said "are you serious" i replied yes i am serious its for my business expense. then thegirl at the window rudely said the printer dont work its m=not my fault get out of here and leave, then shut the window on me. Please retrain, fire, or get rid of the whole crew at this location. How do you NOT know what an Impossible Burger is even if... you work there? How do you NOT know how to substitute the Impossible Burger for a regular patty on a family meal? Get ittogether!! Hope this review reaches the corporate level so something can be done. Must have got lucky based on the other reviews. Lady at the register was very nice. Had to stop taking orders to help getting... food out. (Nobody willing to work anymore). Bit of a wait. (On the edge of annoying.) BEST whopper I have had in YEARS,anywhere in the country. (OTR truck driver) If my local closest Burger King was this good, I would be a regular BK customer again. Read more
