I normally don't give 5 stars to a fast good chain especially in these times but I have come here several times and have to give... these employees their props. Every time I come to the drive thru everyone is friendly, professional and efficient. The ordersare always correct and made fresh. Today I came inside for breakfast and everyone was friendly and it's probably one of thecleanest fast-food joints I've seen in a while. My order was ready within 3-4 minutes. The cashier was polite, friendly,professional and efficient. The crew were all friendly and my croissants were fresh and made correctly. I truly appreciate theservice here. Thank you all! Read more
Last night I got off work late and wanted a ?quick? meal and placed a mobile order. There was one car in front of me in the... Drive Thru. They made her wait 10 minutes to take her order. Then I get to the speaker to check in with my order and made mewait as well. I then get to the window and this is almost 30 minutes now. They open the window and repeat another mobile orderwhich isn?t mine, but okay no problem told them mine. I was then told it would be 10 mins, they had to cook it. There was no wayI was going to wait any longer. I then asked for a refund to the guy running the drive thru and he then walked away and askedhis manager and said ?it had to be done through the app? Where was the manager? Where was the customer service from a manager? Inever once spoke to her or was offered another item instead. This location needs training and most of the staff would ratherjust stare at me and stand around. Complete waste of time. Read more

Sat in the drive thru for almost and hour without the line moving at all... I finally "cut" in line and went straight to the... drive thru window to see what was taking so long... I noticed that over half of the employees were out back smoking andtalking... when I asked them what the hold up was they told me "they had a big order and were short staffed"... Which made mewonder why they were out back smoking if they were so short staffed???... and the "big order" was false as well because when Ipulled up to the drive thru there were only 2 cats in front of me and those 2 cars were never able to even order!!! We went later at night, 10pm. I am allergic to onions, let them know and asked for no onions on my burger. We had to wait a few... minutes, but it was fine, as the worker changed gloves and bagged my food separately to avoid cross-contamination. Thank you somuch! Read more
Good food but every single time my husband gets the Burger King Stacker as a single they fix it a double. The receipt is right... but it is always wrong. We live about 20 mins away. I will sit at the window and check it every single time now no matter howlong it takes. Also please put napkins in the bag. Read more
Fast, delicious, and friendly worker. They always put just the right amount of pickles on my whoppers with cheese just not... enough condiments, Mayo or ketchup. It makes for a very dry whopper which can them get stuck in your mouth when trying toswallow it... Not fun or good.... Read more
