A nice place to take a small break for a sweet snack. I received excellent customer service and the feeling that it's about more... than ice cream. This is the best customer service I have received while receiving ice cream, not to mention I received my wafflebowl in the nick of time. I have never written a review, good or bad, in regards to customer service but I have never been as disrespected as I was last... night. I drive to the Brusters in Cartersville about an hour/hour and a half before the posted closing time and all of theoutdoor lights are off. I didn't think anything about it besides maybe they're having issues with the lights. Then I pull intothe drive way to order two single cups of ice cream and one of the women working at the time starts getting annoyed asking us torepeat our order at least 5 times. Still didn't think anything about it, maybe she's had a rough day or the speaker isn'tworking (we all have those days) . However, when we pulled up to the window, she completely ignored us as she picked at hernails even though she was standing right in front of us. When we went to pay, she asked if we wanted to leave a tip and when wesaid no, she wouldn't give me my card back until I left a tip. Then she proceeded to throw our ice cream at us and cussed at usas we drove off. The service was very unprofessional,immature, and honestly surprising. Read more
8/15/22 9:45pm The first thing I noticed was all of the lights off and the open sign on. I ordered ice cream from the drive... thru. One of the two girls working this night gave herself a tip. She aggressively placed the ice cream into my hand whenhanding it to me, causing it to fall to the floor. Afterwards she yelled profanities at me during my leave. I have never hadsuch a terrible experience. Someone from management, please do something about this so it never happens again. Read more
Truly amazing ice cream and great customer service!! The price point is truly fine with me. I mean it is truly handmade every... day folks! Wow, I did not experience the bad customer service here! Young lady took my order then tried to figure out a way to save me... money, which was awesome. In less than 5 min I had a wonderful waffle cone bowl with key lime pie and new york cheesecake icecream topped with hot fudge, walnuts, and whipped cream. Excellent! Read more
I could not say enough bad things about this location. We love this ice cream, but good luck ordering. Our order has been... forgotten twice. And tonight we sat in the drive through for 30 mins with just one car ahead of us. And then we were overcharged. And they are always out of the seasonal flavors. Hire a manger who isn?t 13 years old.
