Crust on the chicken was so hard around the... edges I couldn't chew it had to spit it out the rest of the chicken was OK. This is the fourth time I have stopped here for lunch over the past few weeks and every time the food has gone down the chicken... has no flavor like it's been breaded with nothing no seasonings or anything of that nature and always very dry the skin andcrushed are so hard you can't eat it. The french fries have always been overcooked to the point of almost burnt I opted for macand cheese this round and it seems like it had been sitting in the warmer all day very disappointed with the food from thisparticular Bojangles as it used to be one of the better places to eat don't know what has happened but in my opinion they wentfrom a 10 to a 2 in the last 6 months. I?m so sick of this restaurant, they?re so slow and it seems they can?t never get good employees that want to work you pull up... to the drive-through and they tell you they will be with you shortly they make you wait over 10 minutes before taking your orderlast time that happened some guy left his headset on and was talking very inappropriately I told him you know I can hear youright. Always good. Been eating here pretty regular for a year now. Have eaten here even before then and haven't had a problem yet... .???? I don't think the chicken sandwich has had enough advertising. It's EXCELLENT!! Could give Popeyes a run for the title. Itcomes with a really good buttery soft bun with mayonnaise and great pickles. Need to try it. The chicken breast itself is reallygood and crunchy. There's just a little bit of spice but not too much. It's perfect. And really big. I paid 8.00 for the combo. Read more
