We stop here every time we are heading back to Alabama. The food is always great. The restaurant and bathrooms clean. The staff... is fantastic. They are so happy and friendly. We will continue to keep stopping here. Read more
Good food, good service; their women's bathroom sink had to have the knob on the bottom turned. They were still waiting on... someone to come fix it, they said they put in a request Monday and well, today is Friday. Read more
Pit stop at Arby's off I-75. Food was good. Fries hot and fresh. Food not the issue. Lax employees!! We ate in dining room and... observed... Employees were more interested in their phones than waiting customers! Employee would take food out to waitingcar...then stand and smoke and play on phone...return to work...WITHOUT WASHING HANDS!!! Or another employee that was stationedas cashier... was off to side on phone while customer WAITED at counter. Read more
Went through drive thru and saw two employees smoking and on the phone outside. The guy taking the order was nice but they... forgot things that I was charged for. Went back through to get what wasn?t in the bag and was ignored for a good 5 more minuteswhile they walked around, grabbed drinks and washed their hands. The girl working was more into making a tik tok than helpingout. Manager had no control over the situation. Read more
