The Spanish lady is so rude and got such a attitude. She never changes her gloves. Befire she made my veggie delight she put all... the turkey together then used the same gloves to make my sandwich. Then later she got guac on her gloves and used a napkin toclean it off her gloves rather then getting new ones. While making my sandwich she?s also cleaning the table from spilledvegetables into the garbage. Never again. That?s the last thing I ate before getting sick. Read more
My sandwich was kinda smashed and didn?t have very much meat/cheese on it. They don?t have any baked lays and when I asked for... them, the two women there did not understand English. Never has meatball... Cashier told me they dont carry it because to many people order it and they are not making enough money on... that item alone. So they just refuse to prepare it... The other food items taste rancid and when i ordered the "spicy Italian" ideveloped dihariea i assume the meat is old... Dont eat at this subway... Very good service and food is cooked to your liking. I like my food extra hot so I always ask them to warm it fo 30 seconds... longer and they are accommodating. Prices are reasonable and the place is very clean. Best one in the area. Read more
I'm not sure what the problem is with young kids today with having a little bit of respect and a service mentality. the young... man that I dealt with today was on his phone in the lobby I said that I wanted a salad he did not wash his hands he's tugging onhis pants pulling his pants up then I asked him to please wash your hands he went over turn on the cold water and just rinsedhis hands off I said sir please use some soap and wash your hands please you're going to be touching food it can make peoplesick and he now has an attitude and he doesn't even want to serve me so after seeing all this I just walk away and as he walkspast me I said what you did was unsanitary and you can make people sick simple washing your hands can eliminate all of this andI left Read more
The customer service at this Subway location was friendly and professional and was also a friendly reminder of how there?s quick... communication in between the residents of the New York Metropolitan area. I personally think that the person who attended to usdeserves better than to work at a Subway restaurant. First of all, he seemed a little bit beyond the age range, and second,although only a few should be beneath the capacity to work at a basic level, he seemed to be a few steps above what would bemerited with regards to a Subway restaurant.
