Ordered online for delivery and site confirmed they were able to deliver to address. Waited an hour and nothing came. Finally... called restaurant and was told we do not deliver to address and will refund money. So if I didn't call basically I would havewaited all night and no pizza? They were busy and that was the reason given why they didn't call yet in terms of charging mycard was immediate. Poor customer service and they should have called me if they were not able to deliver. More importantly fixyour website ordering platform that incorrectly says delivery is available for address. Reply to Owner's response: AlredrosPizza Google page has an order online link which only has toasttab.com as your only platform. That's where I ordered and am sureyou are aware as you get notification once order is placed. This is in your control, otherwise remove online ordering,simple. There are other reviews with same issue ordering from toastab.com and not receiving pizza until they call themselves tofind out from you their address is not in range. Hope you learn to take accountability rather than make excuses, fix yourdelivery range in toasttab.com (I am ~7 miles away, <15mins) or remove it, and improve customer service by notifying thecustomer & providing solutions. Loyalty for many years with your pizza but now the service & response is disappointing. Hopeyou now understand why a 1 star was given and recommended improvement. Read more
I got their half-cheese half-pepperoni pizza and I must say it was delicious!! The price was alright. Got take-out, still had to... go in to pick it up and the place looked clean and tidy, definitely going back. Read more
The plain large pizza was fantastic, what you should expect from a pizza place in this part of the country. I also judge a pizza... by how it is when cold and it was really delicious cold as well, so they really make great pizza. Got the wife zuppa did pesce,the spicy option and she said the spiciness took away from the other flavors, I thought it was good, but next time I'll get herregular and see what she says, she's really picky. Mostly ran by two ladies. Dark haired one is awesome while fake blond "married to the Owner lady," is extremely rude and acts... like she is doing you a favor serving you food. Always tells people she will give credit card receipt after meal is cookedhoping you will forget. Came in with a friend last Christmas and she had the chicken wings. Wings were well over fried and the "blond" stared at my friend as she ate them as if she knew they were bad. Within 30 minutes of leaving my friend was extremelysick to her stomach. Gone back a couple times since then and place is empty and owner lady is completely rude. Never going back.Stay away!! Read more
Exactly what we needed after a concert across the street. I got a personal pan pizza with pineapple and mushroom. Tasted a... little plain but the crust was delicious! Also shared chicken tenders with my guest and they were perfect! Might not be mygo-to place, but I'd go again! I would suggest to them to brighten up the front, at night it's hard to tell if they're open! Read more
