Just ate here after seeing multiple recommendations from other locals. Definitely didn't disappoint. My daughter and I had the... Pad Thai and it was one of the best we have ever had. A little sweeter than we are used to, but we liked it that way. Plus ithad a little kick of spice which was lovely. Owners are the friendliest guys you'll ever meet. While visiting Carson City for the first time I was looking for a quick bite before a comedy show. I found Tee Jay's corner... tucked into the back of a casino and couldn't believe my luck! Lovely staff and delicious food for a fair price. I enjoyedsome chit chat with the wonderful staff and sipped a coconut water while waiting for my lumpia's. This was the perfect takeawayfood to enjoy while walking up and down Carson St! I?d like to try all their dishes, but unfortunately my stomach is only solarge :(. This is one of the most amazing places in Carson City!! It?s only two dude?s running it and they are the nicest guys making the... best food. The food is always perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection. Never a soggy noodle or undercooked broccoli. I reallyrecommend their fusion food! The Indo Burrito in particular blew me away. Tee Jay?s is an absolute must try while in Carson City! First off, we called in to see if we had to make a reservation... beforehand, we did not but the guy we spoke to said he would be expecting us, and to our surprise when we arrived about 15minutes later, he had set up 5 spots at the counter for us with silverware, napkins, ice water and our menu?s. He thoroughlyexplained the menu to our group of 5 as well as their personal recommendations, and they did so in a way that you can tell theyvalue the food they serve as well as the customer. I am gluten free and typically when i try new restaurants i am pretty worriedabout trying to find a bunch of alternatives that i can eat, but to my surprise a majority of their most ordered dishes werelisted as gluten free on the large menu! I ordered the Chow Noods (I believe it was called) and I don?t want to eat anywhereelse besides Tee Jay?s for our entire trip this week lol Delicious food, A+ hospitality, and wonderful people that workhere.
