Absolutely some of the worst customer service I?ve EVER seen, walked in to an empty shop and took the server a good 2.5 minutes... to prepare for making the first sandwich, I understand being in the middle of something and having to stop but these two menwere clearly HIGH on something with how slow they were going, and the second worker didn?t even wash their hands before jumpingin to make the second sandwich. Will never be coming back to this location and will be calling the local Health Department. Read more
We went there yesterday and the person behind the counter said they no longer serve pastrami or carry sourdough bread. It was... also obvious that the bread was thinner than it used to be, about 2/3 as large. Read more
Typical subway at first glance but it?s not without its problems. Everything always takes way to long and they seem to have a... huge problem with delivery drivers and application. I get orders that are extremely late from this store continuously. I?ll waitfor someone to talk to me for like 5 to 6 minutes and then gotta wait another 10 for the food to get made. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. I just looked at these reviews & I absolutely 100% agree. I started out... by going in there & used the restroom. I cam back & the young boy there had no smile. The young girl asked me what she could getstarted for me. I wanted a veggie wrap. So they had only tomato basil wrap. Fine. So she started out putting very lil spinach onit. I said if I'm paying for veggies, I'd like it packed. The Mexican lady Sandra asked me if I wanted Avocado & I said yes. Shesaid," can I get you to pay for it. We're changing shifts". I said oh sure. She it'll be $11 something. I asked her how much theveggies wraps were. She said," I don't know. What ever the footlong is plus extra cheese & avocado". I said," I'm good". I saidthat because her attitude was rude & disgusting. You don't talk to your customers like that. I started to walk out & shestarted talking to the other workers, "What ??. She thinks everything's free"? All I wanted to know was how much the veggiewraps were. I turned around & said," Ummm no. But you do not talk to your customers that way." She said," you wanted to use therestroom, now get out." WHAT ??? I asked her who her manager was. She said there was no manager. I looked at her name badge &said ok Sandra. She said," YES MY NSME IS SANDRA." WOW !!!! Disgusting attitude & she should be removed from that job. NEVER !!!NEVER will I go there again. I hadn?t eaten at Subway in a few years, and since I had driven an excessive distance to the nearby shopping center, I was... extremely tired and hungry. I ordered my old favorite tuna with cheese with other ingredients, and it very delicious. Eatinghalf of the sandwich was filling, and it sustained me on my long drive back home. Highly recommend. My fiancé ordered a spicy Italian sandwich with extra meat, they hardly put any on and I called to ask for a replacement, but... they wanted me to bring the sandwich back so they can add more meat on it. I asked if that was unsanitary to bring a partlyeaten sandwich and the girl said ?not really?. What a joke! Read more
Absolutely awful experience. My husband and I will never be eating at a subway in Carson again. The staff was extremely rude the... entire time all of our food was made wrong. We spent $50 for two sandwiches and a pizza. The sandwiches were so drenched insauce mine fell through the paper when I got home all over my floor. The pizza was just flatbread with pepperoni on it, nocheese, no sauce, and it was completely cold. Called and spoke with the supervisor she was rude as well said she watched thecameras and saw nothing wrong when my husband literally handed the food back to be fixed.
