Reviews for Pizza Factory in Carson City, NV
They have a decent lunch special where you get a drink, salad, and pizza. The price is okay for these times, like $12.99 or so.... The pizza is pretty good tasting. It's a fun place to meet up with friends to visit, and they have a smaller room so it ismore quiet. Read more
This place makes great pizza and is one of the only places I can find in the Carson City, Tahoe area that has a lunch pizza... buffet. They even have a salad bar that is part of the buffet along with a drink. You got to try it. They also do delivery anddine-in. Read more

I came into this location today to enjoy some food with a friend I hadn?t seen a in months only to see that one of the gentleman... who I can only assume is a manager begins berating one of the younger female employees calling her names and essentially callingher useless. I wouldn?t suggest going here simply because the quality of humanity shown to its employees by management. I won?tsay the food is bad because it wasn?t, if you are looking for a place to eat and you want to have some good pizza I?d suggestthe little Caesars down the street. I hope management gets some form of reprimand because as a customer as well as a worker ofhard labor I don?t appreciate people being treated like they aren?t even real Read more
This is gonna be a weird review. Best pizza in Carson city, I order em all the time, but might have to back off a while as I... feel super terrible about a recent call. I had been drinking and realized I'd not eaten in almost 30 hours and needed food in mystomach right away. I called for delivery and was informed that a the drivers were at a funeral for another delivery driverwho'd pass away (God rest) in my drunkness an image popped in my mind of a biker funeral but instead of bikers it was all pizzadelivery drivers and to my shame I laughed on the phone and feel like a terrible person. To the employees of this store I say, thank you for the delicious pizza and I'm sorry for the loss of your friend and the drunken giggling that followed. I swear, when sober I'm not that messed up. Keep up the good work and thanks. Read more
We were in town from Vegas and just wanted some decent pizza, So we stopped by and tried this spot. Wow! This pizza is really... good! The crust is amazing. We came here about an hour before they closed we called ahead to order. Every single employee musthave been 18 and younger. They seemed to like their jobs and all get along the dining room was dirty, but It was a Fridayevening and I'm sure they were slammed. We managed to find one clean table lol. All the employees were very nice. I'll checkit out again. Read more
They gave me the lamest Cesar salad I've ever had. Asked for extra dressing for Cesar specifically and they gave me 2 incorrect... dressings. Way over priced for what it was. My Husband liked his lasagna, kind of a small portion, but he said it was "eh,decent". We usually go to the one in Dayton & figured we'd give this one a shot. We'll give them another chance since we didn'ttry their pizza though. Read more
If I had a nickel for every poor excuse they came up with... I gave these guys two tries ordering once through them and once... through doordash. Both times I waited more than 75 minutes to receive a simple order (only 5 miles away from each other). Themanager tells me, "you know we have our own delivery drivers you don't have to wait with doordash" my reply, "yes, but I orderedthrough you and still waited just as long." Manger thrn states, "well it is Friday." My reply, "yes... but the last order wasmiddle of the week." If you can't manage the volume, don't allow orders. And of you make a mistake, just own it. You don't haveto come up with ridiculous excuses. Own it, and you might earn back customers when you've made mistakes. Read more
