Terrible. After the new owner took over things went down hill. The cheesy bread doesn?t have any garlic spread on it. They don?t... put any garlic on the herb chicken Mediterranean. I understand that it is hard to find employees. But if you are going to set an order out for pick up make sure it's all there.... And if a person is standing in line with a pizza your employees or manager should ask if there is an issue. I stood thereliterally for a half an hour with part of my order before any one would help me even thought the owner or manager Jason saw methere holding a pizza for a half an hour and just kept walking away. Almost everyone who works here is rude... I Would literally give this place a zero if it existed... i walked into the store... today to pick up my online order and the cashier gets all jumpy with me and shouts ?online only right now? .... k dude lay offwhatever your hopped up on... so curious I call the other store and ask if they also are only doing online orders like theirsister store and of course not.... They actually work... so still answering their phone and allowing walk ins... if you live inCarson City and you want Papa Murphy?s don?t WASTE YOUR TIME with this store... just drive over to the other one... They always turn the phone off! Literally I don't even call them anymore if you want pizza just drive there and make them do... their job. It used to be a good place but now you can't use the phone to order and the app sucks to try to use and order online.It's ridiculous and sad that the other papa Murphys when you call th they answer right away and I'd you ask about this highway50 location they even know about the phones being shut off constantly! Oof. I've had some pretty bad food around here, but this place takes the cake. Not only did they butcher the order badly, but... the cheese was completely moldy. If a place doesn't notice blue mold all over the cheese in their hands, it makes you wonderwhat else they're not noticing. Read more

The place us clean. All employees masked up, they even made my difficult special orders with no problems. It was nice being... able to order and no repeat myself 4 times. The employees seemed like they worked well together and cleaned as they went. Great crew Read more

I'm not one to usually make a big deal about my orders being incorrect, but this is the 6th time I've ordered a pizza from the... highway 50 location using their online ordering, and what I got was not what I ordered. Other than that, good pizza. PapaMurphy's is delicious. Read more
