I went to the drive-thru for dinner on a Thursday evening, the wait was longer than I would have liked, I felt bad for holding... up people behind me, access is a bit difficult at this restaurant if you don't know how to make the turns from different partsof the parking lot. Ehh it's best to never get delivery period. Ordered popcorn chicken, straight trash, bunch of fried bread balls.and i love there... chicken Littles, but you guys need to lay off the heat lamp, chicken was stale and dry, no amount of mayo will fix that issue. Read more
Rather disappointed, the cashier allowed me substitute fries for mash potatoes, which I have done at different KFCs without... issue. Several minutes later I overheard the cashier being counseled for allowing that substitution. Two issues. 1. Counselingan employee in public (very bad practice). 2. The cashier was trying to keep the customer happy at a no or minimal cost toKFC. We ended spending over $20. Cashier did great job, but she shouldn't have been criticized, especially where it could beseen and overheard. Supervisor should be counseled. Read more
