My man and I have eaten here a few times and it has been delicious every time! Their ramen is amazing. he black garlic ramen is... super strong in garlic flavor and absolutely delicious. Simple setup, low overhead with quick service. The Black Garlic Mayu Oil Tonkotsu Ramen is highly competitive vs what I had in... Austin, Texas and Tokyo, Japan. Come and have some! This place deserves a lot of your business! UPDATE! Jun 18 2022: I ordereda Bibimap bowl out of curiousity and took it home for a late night snack. The pork Bulgogi is delicious! It came with marinatedbroccoli, cucumber (or zucchini?), shredded carrots, and bean sprouts. The broccoli and cucumbers pick up the fishy flavor theyuse. Fish sauce or maybe seaweed. It's a bit too fishy tasting for my tastes (I don't eat much fish), but you'll probably enjoyit. I liked the bulgogi, carrots and rice best. PS, the teriyaki sauce goes very well with it! Read more

The miso ramen was delicious. I?m very much a noodle person but since having lived in Korea I?m going to have to go back to try... the bibimbap sooooooon. Update: the bibimbap isn?t as good...a bit disappointing to be honest. Some stuff in the bowl was cold.The kimchi and fried egg aren?t included in the bowl which are customarily there in Korea. I love Bowls'N Go! I have tried all their flavors of ramen and think there is something for everyone here if you like ramen (or... soups generally). The Original Tonkotsu Ramen is on the creamier side and this is my husband's favorite. The Creamy VegetarianRamen is similar in taste, but comes with tofu nuggets instead! I'm not a vegetarian, but I thought it was good. The Miso Ramenis more savory and less creamy and probably my favorite. I thought the Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen might be too strong, but itwasn't!! Although, I love garlic. It was good and I would recommend it if you want an immune system booster. I've been to Japanseveral times and can tell you this ramen is very similar to the ramen that you get over there! I've tried the Chicken bulgogiBibimbap and it's also good. I like how many veggies it comes with. All the dishes served here are huge portions and you get alot of meat! The staff is also nice. :) I had never tried bibimbap before and the shop girl gave me tips on what sauces to use. Read more
Yes! Been traveling back and forth across the country between San Diego, Norfolk and now Carson city and this is great ramen!!!... The garlic black tonkostu and miso ramen are fabulous and my mom loved her chicken rice bowl! Keep up the great work on thisdelicious food. Read more
Delicious! My favorite item to order is the Spicy Pork Bowl, next would be the Beef Bulgogi. I have yet to try the Ramen... however, I imagine it is fantastic. This being the only restaurant in Carson City that offers any type of Korean food, it doesthe job satisfying cravings. The kimchi is great too, I just wish you got more for the price of the side.
