Bella Vita catered my house warming party last month and let me tell you - THEY WERE FANTASTIC. They food was delicious and the... service they provided was outstanding. I received countless compliments from my guests on the quality of food. My only quorumwas the arrival time of the staff. When scheduled - I was advised the staff would be there 45 mins before the start of my event,they did not arrive until 5 minutes before the vent started. Terrible service. Lori can?t take constructive feedback. First, they forgot our appointment when we showed up to the restaurant... to try food. We let it go because they fit us in. Lori had her daughter cater our wedding in Bridgeport at the barn venue. Foodwas cold as they use poor grade heating systems. The food and service was managed poorly. Didn?t allow guess to get secondsbecause they put the food away immediately and they didn?t do anything to protect the appetizers from flys. When we gave Lorithe feedback for some sort of refund or accommodation there was nothing but horrible non-customer service response back.HerDaughter said it was cold outside. It was 70 outside! That was their response to all this. And then Lori replied ?I guess Iwon?t do barn venues anymore.? What terrible response. I was absolutely shocked. Read more
We hired Bella Vita to cater a wedding at Valhalla Tahoe and the food, drinks, and service were phenomenal. I would highly... recommend hiring them for any event. The owner Lori worked with us to create the perfect menu including appetizers, sides,entree, dessert, and drinks and all at a price that fit our budget. Quick, delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary chips were perfect with the spicey thousand island dip. The... black garlic vinaigrette was especially good. I ordered the grilled cheese with the extra bacon and tomato. They mistook myorder but immediately fixed it at no extra charge. I'll definitely be back. Read more
Though it?s only the first week they?re open, the service was friendly, the staff were attentive, the owner personally ensured... we were enjoying our experience, and the portobello mushroom burger with grilled veggies was excellent. Bellla Vita catered our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with their attention to detail and the quality of the food.... Every guest was in love with the choices that Bella Vita had recommeneded and they were even willing to make special veganaccomodations that were loved by many. Our venue had strict open flame restrictions and tricky catering rules that Bella Vitawas able to handle perfectly and without any compromise to the food or service that they provided througout the wedding. And wecouldn't believe the price they were charging for the same level of service that would have cost double with other companies. Read more
