Fantastic. We've been supporting Backwoods by the 6 pack for years. But we finally made the drive to beautiful Carson in search... of snow and here we are. My only regret, NOT coming here sooner! We fell in love here with a quickness. The Brew, food (apps,fun pizza, tasty hot sandwiches) is all excellent. Thia pizza? Yes! Brisket sandwich? Mouth watering! Backwoods staff rocks it,too! Fantastic place. Good food, even better beer. Met the owner Kevin when I stopped in and he's a nice guy. The whole staff was... great and even though it's over 2hr drive from where I live, I'll be visiting again. Highly recommend visiting. Read more
Really excellent little brewery. Food was great and there's a large variety of really nice beers. Some of their beers are... outstanding; one of them tastes like you just bit off a piece of a Snickers bar. We're super happy we stopped off here and willbe sure to stop by any time we drive by. Stopped in after a hike out in the forest and thought we?d stop in for some pizza and brews after coming back from the woods.... Not too busy, good quick service, we had the pepperoni express pizza and it was express, came out in like 15 minutes or less.The pizza ahead a nice smoky flavor. The beers are always greasy here. Yet another successful trip to one of our favorite placesto eat pizza! Read more
