This was my spot to go! After today I?m not sure anymore. I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch WITH EXTRA CARAMEL DRIZZLE! all... the staff seems to busy talking to each other an maybe not paying attention! I'm from carson and this is the worst starbucks ever. Horrible customer service you take your order and they never do it right... like saying extra caramel or extra matcha my matcha drink tasted only like milk. Many times. All men work here probably becausea female wouldn't feel comfortable working here they always give me a weird vibe and or flirting. Read more

Not a superb place by any means, but it's a definite plus for me. The main dining area is super clean for how busy they can get,... and the friendly baristas practically know me; they're very welcoming, I go on runs practically every other week and there'svirtually no negative attitude there. Its always nice to see 'em around and welcoming customers, even if for work quota.Sometimes they could lack on utensils, cup holders etc., but it's a busy café, what are you gonna do? Decent location, comfortable environment and well kept. Lost two Starbucks (pun intended) because they firstly, didn?t have the... one of only two non-decaffeinated teas I like. Two, they began closing their lobby (stacking chairs, moving tables) at least 30mins early, even when customers are still coming in. Lastly, and the reason I?m writing this review, they ?closed? the bathroomearly (again, at least 30 minutes early). As a paying customer I insisted if there was anyway I could use the restroom beforeleaving due to a long drive ahead of me and a stomach full of liquid, and staff still refused. It is easy to assume they?closed? the restroom early because they mopped the floor or wiped the sink early, most likely be able to leave early and didn?twant anyone to dirty it. Pure laziness.. at least the staff was kind enough to tell me to ?try the wing stop bathroom?.... puregenius. Read more
