Took my niece for her birthday on Thursday for dinner and it was a big mistake . We received 3 chicken and gnocchi soups cold... as if they got it out from the refrigerator and just served it without checking temperature. Apparently they were going to workon another badge just to come back after 15 minutes to tell us they were not and to replace it with another item which werefused since we had finished our main plates.We ordered calamari we never received it and was not notified by our waiter thatthey were out or even acknowledged that he was missing the calamari. The way the manager and waiter handled the mistakes madeby them/restaurant were not up to par with the quality of service I'm used to receiving. Customer service and owning up to yourmistakes are a couple of things management can improve. Read more

If you've been to an Olive Garden, you know what to expect with the food. The waitress, don't remember her name but had a little... heart tattoo on her face was a great server. My wife and I were sat pretty quick but wasn't greeted by any other server, afterabout 10 min, menus are down and closed and still no one. She walked up and asked if we had been greeted (wasn't her table) butshe went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Read more
